Qira is a senior boxer mix, almost 10 years old, and she has spent most of her life — about seven years — growing up in a shelter. Because of that, she isn’t a dog who gives her heart to everyone right away… but when she chooses you, she chooses you completely.Qira bonds slowly and thoughtfully. She is selective with new people and needs time to feel safe, especially with strangers. Once trust is built, though, she is deeply affectionate and devoted.
