Lily is a big lap puppy. She knows commands sit, come, stay and leave it. Lily is said to be crate trained and was leashed when outside. She is said to be "super responsive and loving. She has her quirks but is a tremendous animal". Lily enjoys car rides and is friendly and playful with children.

Pupward Scissorpaws was found stray and brought in for adoption. This boy was obviously someone's baby at some time. He is extremely friendly with people. I feel someone taught him to jump up for treats because if you hold a treat in your hand, he jumps straight up in the air and then sits to get one. I honestly think he believes he is doing a great trick. We hope to work on this a little while here because jumping can keep a dog from being adopted. He really is a good boy and trying to please. Pupward Scissorpaws is a quick learner, and with some training, he will make a wonderful companion for someone. He just needs a little guidance to show off his true potential and charm.

Piper was a stray that we took into our home in april. It was apparent that she had recently had a litter of puppies so we were getting her on the list to be spayed. However we determined that she was pregnant before we could get her spayed. She delivered a litter of puppies in june. She has since been spayed and is up to date on shots. We have several dogs in our home and she gets along great with them. She doesn't really bother our cats too much but she does want to play with them. She is great with children of all ages as she hasn't been exposed to my grandchildren. The only time she barks is when the neighbor's dog is outside barking as well. This sweet girl needs a home all of her own. She would be great with another dog but right now we just have too many dogs in our home to give her the proper amount of time and attention that she deserves.

After a run in with a bee the morning of her first scheduled spay - Roxy was cleared and spayed last week which means this amazing full of life and love little girl is ready to find a family to call her own. Roxy was found abandoned and was very emaciated but even though failed by humans - her love for people never quit shining. She is estimated to be 1-2 years old , her current weight is 45 pounds - so she is a smaller l girl and we honestly do not know what her breed it - that face and her personality screams boxer but something smaller in there as well. She is great with kids, has met a kitten and did well and Roxy would love to have other active dogs in her new forever home as she loves loves loves to play. With patience and consistency from her amazing foster Mom, Ashley, she learned housebreaking quickly. She would really benefit from an active family with kids and other dogs to play with. And she loves loves loves her toys - so toys are a must in her new home.
