Luca is a 4 year old boxer-pit mix who is an absolute cuddle bug. She's extremely affectionate, and while she has plenty of energy for lots of outdoor recreation, she is very happy to lounge on the couch as well. She's great with other dogs, but hasn't had the chance to get to know any cats and is nervous/guarded around them. She knows basic commands and is house trained. She's also spayed and up to date on her shots. She does well with children, although her habit of eating dog toys/toys wouldn't be ideal around toddlers or babies with small toys around. She is one for durable chew toys and bones rather than soft plush toys. On leash, Luca does well but could use some help with managing her excitement for dogs that she sees in the distance.

Once adopted, our pets can be transported to Denver, Colorado, the Midwest and all of the north eastern states. 4. We have a Facebook page and an Instagram page. You are welcome to visit to see some of our newly adoptive families. 5. We have been rescuing and transporting pets for 15 years. 6. Our pets do not travel until they have been adopted. We do not have holding facilities in other parts of the United States for meet and greet purposes.
