Hello! I'm Bowie, a handsome Boxer/Lab mix who's been told I have "soulful eyes" and "an adorable face that could melt butter." I'm not one to brag, but I am an expert cuddler, a certified couch companion, and a loyal shadow who will follow you from room to room because, honestly, you're just that interesting. What I'm Looking For: I need a home with a backyard where I can let myself out when nature calls—especially at night. Think of me as needing a doggy door to my own personal bathroom. I'm housetrained and generally excellent about my business, but my tummy sometimes has midnight meetings I can't reschedule. I'm on a special diet because my tummy is a bit particular, and I have some skin sensitivities that cause occasional hair loss. Think of me as distinguished and unique! I come with care instructions, but I promise I'm worth it.

Story
We found Baxter when he was just a puppy and he has brought so much joy to our life. He is such a good boy but was unfortunately abused before he came into our lives and with that came some behavioral issues. He is very anxious and will warm up to women pretty quickly, but has a hard time with men. He also cannot be around other animals or young children. Our daughter is two and he has continued to show aggression to her to the point that we just can’t risk it. He will growl and show his teeth and has snapped once, but has never actually bitten her or anyone. It breaks our heart to have to rehome him because he truly is the best boy and is so deserving of love. We hope that we can find him the perfect home through this process.
