Whiskey was born July 15, 2023. He came into rescue at 8 weeks old when the owner couldn’t find him a home. His mother is boxer and father Black and Tan hound. (Pictures of parents attached.) He is a sweet playful pup that has done great with small and large dogs. He is crate trained and doing very well with his house training. He loves toys and sticks to chew on. Gypsy was a stray. A man in Raymond, Mississippi found her and took her to the pound. They were going to euthanize her, and he took her home. She did not like his cats, so he surrendered her to us. She LOVES to run and play, and she needs a lot of exercise. She does good with most all dogs, but she is shy when she meets new people. Gypsy does not like cats! Once she warms up to people, she just wants to give kisses! Her ideal home would be a person or family that has a large yard for her to run and play in. She would be the best dog to do activities with or just cuddle with on the couch. She should be fine in a large, fenced yard. She can be hyper at times but settles down nicely inside with a chew toy. This sweetheart was found wondering on the side of a road and we aren't sure why! She is an amazing dog!! She gets along with all dogs and loves playing with puppies. She is housetrained with a doggy door and does well on a leash. She learns commands fairly quickly and is just wonderful!! She is our meet and greet dog who is just a happy baby. She does get attached to “her person” and will follow them everywhere but we feel it's because she was dumped. we aren't sure if she's been around cats but can learn those rules. She has the Boxer play, long legs and sounds like she's gonna kill something, but it's all bluster. She has another Boxer she loves to play with and they go rounds together. She likes kids and isn't too shy of strangers. She's just a great, great dog and we want her to find her perfect family. We use the most animal-friendly transport on the road. He is the sweetest fun loving goofball. He is a big boy who loves attention. He wants you to pet him, and he wants to lean into you with his whole body. He does not meet a stranger in a person or dog. He loves playing in the backyard with his toys, and then lounging on the porch sunbathing. He gets excited to go anywhere. He will run to the door and wait for you to let him out- then he jumps right in the car. This adorable boy has the most stunning eyes. We believe Charleston has some hearing loss. He seems to hear some pitches, but either doesn’t hear the others or ignores them. He does good walking on a leash, is kennel trained, and house trained. He loves greatly- he will become your shadow. If he wants your attention he will whine/talk to you to let you know. Charleston is a big boy with still a lot of puppy energy so a home with older children would be best. This guy is amazing, and deserves the perfect forever home! This is Ruby!  She was found on the streets of Memphis and a couple days later she had 15 puppies in our rescue. She took great care of her puppies and they are all adopted now. Ruby is a gentle soul. She looks at you with eyes that show appreciation for her life. Her tail is always slowly wagging and she has a happy bark that bounces her whole body. Ruby loves hugs and pets from her humans. She is very sweet and calm most times - but does like to chew on bones and has energy to do short zoomies in the yard. She loves to go for slow walks especially if she gets to sniff along the way. It is entertaining to watch her look for bugs in the grass. She is always jumping back in surprise at  any movement.  She will throw herself down on the grass  and rub her back conv e nien tly exposing her belly for a rub . Ruby likes to be hosed down when it is hot out. Ruby is very smart and is responsive to commands and training. Ruby currently spends her days in an outdoor run and her nights in her crate inside. She is housed next to another female dog who she gets along great with. She likes other dogs but doesn't put up with any silly play.    She is best as an only dog or with an owner with breed specific experience.
