CHARLESTON IS IN HIS FOSTER HOME IN MEMPHIS, TN. CHARLESTON WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO VA ONCE HE IS ADOPTED!    This hunk is Charleston. He is a four year old Bulldog mix. He is the sweetest fun loving goofball. He is a big boy who loves attention. He wants you to pet him, and he wants to lean into you with his whole body. He does not meet a stranger in a person or dog. He loves playing in the backyard with his toys, and then lounging on the porch sunbathing. He gets excited to go anywhere. He will run to the door and wait for you to let him out- then he jumps right in the car. This adorable boy has the most stunning eyes. We believe Charleston has some hearing loss. He seems to hear some pitches, but either doesn’t hear the others or ignores them. He does good walking on a leash, is kennel trained, and house trained. He loves greatly- he will become your shadow. If he wants your attention he will whine/talk to you to let you know. Charleston is a big boy with still a lot of puppy energy so a home with older children would be best. This guy is amazing, and deserves the perfect forever home! Bella & her running buddy, were left on the streets to fend for themselves. They had been wandering around that neighborhood for a while and befriended a kind business owner who made sure they did not go hungry. Thanks to that Good Samaritan who gained their trust, they were taken in & have been in foster care since. She has gained 20 pounds since then and is doing great! She is approx 3 years old & is fully vetted. As you can see in the video, she is a loving playful pup. Bella is a joyful soul who bonds closely to her people. This 60 lb dreamboat will steal your heart and shower you with love every day. Her furever family is going to be lucky beyond belief. She enjoys having someone to play with, but she can also be caught snoozing all by herself. She does follow her siblings when commands are given, so she may benefit from an older dog in the home to show her the ropes. She lives in a home with a 7 year old girl which has proven she is excellent with children. Poppy's favorite thing is to give KISSES. She will lick you all day to show her affection. She is an amazingly sweet and playful puppy. She is working on her sit command and is treat motivated. We are working on pottying outside which is going really well.  Poppy is looking for her forever home that will continue her training since she is still a puppy with lots of puppy behavior. Poppy will be available for travel Memorial Day weekend to head to VA, but she is currently taking applications for her NEW BEST FRIEND, and she cannot wait!  Upon adoption, Poppy will be fully vetted including all shots; she will be spayed and microchipped. He is currently in a foster home with his sisters, Poppy and Violet, and other large fur animals, and he loves everyone. Marshall is the first of his siblings to potty outside and sit for a treat. He is goofy and loves to jump over things. He loves toys and balls. Marshall lives in a home with a 7 year old girl which has proven he is excellent with children. In his spare time, you can find him snoozing on the large dog bed all by himself. Marshall will make a really great addition to any family. On a recent outing with is foster family on Cinco de Mayo , Marshall tolerated the leash well, he interacted with people and other dogs shyly, curiously, and happily . He was a little lazy and enjoyed being toted, but he also loved getting pets and attention with his cute little outfit on.  Marshall is looking for his forever home that will continue his training since he is still a puppy with lots of puppy behavior. Violet is an incredibly smart dog who has learned "come" and "sit" very quickly and is very treat motivated. Violet can be on the shy, reserved, and quiet side compared to her siblings, but she loves attention. She loves to cuddle in your lap. She will be the first one to flip over so that she can get ALL the belly rubs on her cute little spotted belly. She does the cutest little "awoo's" when she is excited. She lives in a home with a 7 year old girl which has proven she is excellent with children. Violet lets her human sister tote her around and dress her up and never complains. We are working on pottying outside which is going really well. Meet our local celebrity, Dora the Explorer! Dora is around 2.5 years old and she weighs around 58 lbs. Dora was spotted for over 1 year traveling a wide area and numerous concerned citizens became concerned that Dora had lost her way and her family. A group of volunteers made it their mission to rescue Dora. After being caught it was evident that at some point she had a family that loved her because she knew many commands and was proving to be a very intelligent girl. Dora is very playful. She bonds to her humans very quickly and would just love to be a couch potato when she is not out in the yard entertaining herself or having fun playing fetch. Her foster family has several older dogs and Dora seems fine with them, however, Dora would do great as well, as a single dog family because she loves her people! Whiskey was born July 15, 2023. He came into rescue at 8 weeks old when the owner couldn’t find him a home. His mother is boxer and father Black and Tan hound. (Pictures of parents attached.) He is a sweet playful pup that has done great with small and large dogs. He is crate trained and doing very well with his house training. He loves toys and sticks to chew on. Gypsy was a stray. A man in Raymond, Mississippi found her and took her to the pound. They were going to euthanize her, and he took her home. She did not like his cats, so he surrendered her to us. She LOVES to run and play, and she needs a lot of exercise. She does good with most all dogs, but she is shy when she meets new people. Gypsy does not like cats! Once she warms up to people, she just wants to give kisses! Her ideal home would be a person or family that has a large yard for her to run and play in. She would be the best dog to do activities with or just cuddle with on the couch. She should be fine in a large, fenced yard. She can be hyper at times but settles down nicely inside with a chew toy. This sweetheart was found wondering on the side of a road and we aren't sure why! She is an amazing dog!! She gets along with all dogs and loves playing with puppies. She is housetrained with a doggy door and does well on a leash. She learns commands fairly quickly and is just wonderful!! She is our meet and greet dog who is just a happy baby. She does get attached to “her person” and will follow them everywhere but we feel it's because she was dumped. we aren't sure if she's been around cats but can learn those rules. She has the Boxer play, long legs and sounds like she's gonna kill something, but it's all bluster. She has another Boxer she loves to play with and they go rounds together. She likes kids and isn't too shy of strangers. She's just a great, great dog and we want her to find her perfect family. We use the most animal-friendly transport on the road.
