- Loves people and companionship - Smart boy who knows sit- Enjoys spending time with dogs who have a similar play style- Does well on a leash - Tends to be an introvert around other dogs and may prefer one-on-one interactions or smaller groups of dog friends; may not be comfortable at dog parks or at large, dog-friendly events (dog intro recommended) - Shy pup who may need extra time to warm up to new people and things; will likely open up in a home environment with patience and time and may prefer a calm, quiet home- May take some time to warm up to new dogs and may prefer some dogs over others; would be most comfortable with a slow introduction to new dogs (dog intro recommended) - Loves to learn and has great focus - especially if you have treats - so would be a lot of fun to train - Young, noisy or busy children can be too much for them (mature home recommended) This pet qualifies for our 7-day Foster-to-Adopt program. I am on Cloude NINE!! Because i am still alive! And yes, that is true....I was on the kill list at the local pound and counting down the minutes :( I was saved with four other dogs off the list too :) Now I am HOPPING, uh I mean HOPING for my new family to find me. I am such a good girl,, ACTIVE like a boxer and sweet and GOOFY too! I am best with older kids, just because I am a bouncy and happy and active girl... looking for the family who will love and keep me active and take me on all kinds of adventures :) I will be the perfect fun friend in all the neat places you take me :D Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)
