If you’re looking for your new best friend meet Red aka Chopper. He’s currently being fostered with a professional trainer after being found as an “island dog” in Puerto Rico. Chopper is a handsome, affectionate, and mellow bully who’s just as sweet as he is good-looking. He’s around 7 years old and has a gentle demeanor. Whether it’s hiking, playing, or snuggling on the couch, Chopper loves being a fun-loving companion. He’s had extensive training and is well-behaved, but he needs a confident leader who can utilize his training and provide consistent guidance. He’s best as the only dog or possibly with a large female playmate. Chopper has a hilarious personality—he loves to spin around like a helicopter when excited, which is how he got his nickname! This senior boy just wants someone to love and somewhere to call home. Would do best with a yard, not likely an apartment dog due to some previous reactivity. I'm Roobie, a happy 8 year old clown full of lightning fast zoomies and bull terrier spins. Life excites me. I know usual commands (sit, stay, down, come, leave it, and more). Teach me new ones once you get my attention (I'm so happy!). Treats work. Mom says I'm a swell companion in a woodshop. I get along with my extended dog family and cat. Is someone at the door? I sound tough so you feel safe but neighbors say I'm not a real barker. I'm a princess, loving my sweaters, soft dog beds, watching TV, and companionship. I understand if you have to go to work all day, I'll be cool by myself free range no problem, but I'll be so happy when you get home! I love my family and they love me (since I was 1 y/o) but I need to adopt a new family because my human has a disability and my spins occasionally knock into her - her disability is worsening kinda fast now. I'm a good girl. I'd do well in a loving active house, with or without another dog or with older kids that won't fall.

Nim is a very loving, loyal pet and it breaks my heart to have to find her a new home. She needs somewhere to run and play and an owner that is able to spend more time with her. She is an anxious dog and has Seperation issues. She gets over excited in publish and cries a lot. She has gotten into fights with two neighbors dogs and has only recently learned to live with other animals. I feel she needs a home with no more than one other dog and no other pets. She is good with kids

My name is Buddie Girl and I’m a lady! I used to live on the road with my trucker pal so I’m so friendly, the friendliest friend who will ever friend, with humans. I prefer to be the only pet in the home, but the love and comfort I will share in exchange is better than anything, I promise! I love neck scratches and ear rubs! I am a tri-paw’d dog, but I still LOVE my walks! In fact, daily walks are my absolute favorite. I also love chasing those pesty squirrels in my foster family`s yard.
