Noodle seems to have missed the memo that Bull Terriers are supposed to be bold, larger-than-life comedians. (Of course, calling him a bull terrier is solely based on that noodle nose look- no DNA science involved.) Instead, this pint-sized fellow would much rather be tucked safely beside his favorite person, quietly following them from room to room and making a career out of being adored. Sweet, gentle, and endlessly endearing, Noodle is the kind of dog who doesn't ask for much beyond kindness, patience, and a cozy spot close to the people he loves. Noodle is estimated to be around 2 years old and looking very much like a Bull Terrier, but he is a rescue, so breed and age are simply our best guess. What we know for certain is that he is a sensitive little soul with a soft heart, excellent manners, and a deep appreciation for gentle companionship. Go watch Noodle Bug on YouTube, then come right back to read more about this lovable little shadow. https://youtu.be/Zk-LfEK6HRc Noodle is the definition of a dog with aspirations for both lap-dog life and is currently in training to become a velcro dog. He naturally gravitates toward his people, happily tagging along wherever they go and soaking up affection along the way. When we first met him he opened up quickly- melting for baby talk and scritchy scratches. Noodle is also wonderfully polite with other dogs. He uses excellent social cues, avoids unnecessary drama, and prefers peaceful coexistence over any fuss. While he isn't the type to dive headfirst into rowdy playgroups, he has done well meeting other dogs and would likely enjoy a calm canine companion who respects personal space and doesn't overwhelm him. One thing Noodle made very clear during his assessment is that cats are not on his list of approved roommates. Not to embarrass him but he was pretty scared of the cat, so a feline-free home will be needed. Noodle lovers, here is your chance to get a loyal little sidekick whose biggest dream is simple- find his person, stay close, and spend the rest of his days being loved. If you're looking for a gentle companion with a heart much bigger than his compact frame, Noodle is ready and waiting for you! Good with dogs,
Story
Hi! I’m Kylie, your future best friend and professional heart-stealer. I’m a classic Old English Bulldog girl—full of personality, a little goofy, and always ready to make you smile. I’ve got the important stuff down: I’m house trained, potty trained, and kennel trained (pretty impressive, right?). I love my routine, especially when it includes food—mealtime is basically my favorite event of the day! Treats? Don’t even get me started… I get SO excited. I’m happiest just being near my person. Whether you’re working, relaxing on the couch, or doing your thing around the house, I’ll be right there—either watching you with my sweet little face, chewing on my favorite bone, or getting cozy with my bed or pillow (I might even carry it around so I’m comfy wherever I go!). When I’m happy (which is often), my whole body gets involved—especially my wiggly little butt. It’s kind of my signature move. I’m not much of a barker, and I do really well with people. I prefer slow introductions with smaller, calm dogs, but honestly, I’d be totally content being your one and only. I really shine in a home where I can soak up all your love. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will make you laugh, melt your heart with one look, and always be by your side—I’m your girl. Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)
