We have had Nova since she was 3 months old. She is now 5 and will be 6 in march. Shes always been a sweetheart to people. Has never bit even as a puppy. She is very high energy and needs a lot of exercise and love and sadly we have not been able to give that to her. She sadly does not do well with any other animals and needs to be the only animal in the house. Our new home will not allow higher fences and we have many other dogs around us and cats and this has not been a good environment for her. She would do great in a big yard with a high fence and being able to be walked regularly. Would love to find her a great new home and owner to give her all the love she will give back.

RockyDude came to Faithful Friends Animal Society in August 2024 after an incredible team of rescuers worked together to bring him to safety. Our friends at ACCT Philly were overwhelmed with dogs, but they knew RockyDude was special and fought to give him a second chance. He was even held past his “timestamp” until he could safely make the trip to Delaware — just as the state lifted the ban on out-of-state transports. Talk about perfect timing! Since arriving, RockyDude has been a staff favorite. He’s smart, affectionate, and full of playful energy. He’s great with both dogs and cats. He knows “sit” and “down,” and he’ll happily trade his toys for treats. He’s obsessed with tennis balls and squeaky toys — they’re his absolute favorites! While he’s grateful to be safe, RockyDude’s biggest wish is to finally go home. He’s been waiting since August '24, hoping the family who’s meant for him will walk through our doors and make his happily ever after come true. Could that be you? Meet Red: Red is about a 2 year old (as of December 2025) boxer / black mouth cur mix (best guess) that weighs about 50 pounds. Red was found on the streets in rural Mississippi with her litter of puppies. The puppies have all been adopted and now it’s her turn. Red is currently being fostered in the south and would love to take the freedom ride north to Pennsylvania to meet more prospective families. Red is a very friendly dog. Red is sweet and nice to have around. Red gets along great with other dogs, but we do not recommend that she live with cats. Red is currently house trained to a doggie door and may need some patience while she transitions to another method. We would love for Red to have a home with a fenced in yard so she can run and play freely. Red is up to date on her shots and spayed. Red had been heartworm positive, but has completed treatments and is good to go!
