Current Location: Hyattsville, MD Meet Dozer: A Playful Bulldog with a Heart Full of Love Dozer is a Bulldog who embodies everything wonderful about the breed: playful, friendly, affectionate, confident, goofy, bold, and cuddly! This sweet pup is very silly and will keep you laughing with his antics while also being your loyal companion who wants to be with his people all the time. Dozer is a loving dog who loves playing with his people. Tug of war is his absolute favorite! He has balanced energy, enjoying playtime, walks, and some stimulation, but he settles well when it's time to relax. He does well and settles in his crate, making him adaptable to your household routine. This friendly boy is great with other dogs and has potential to be good with cats, though he's working on being more gentle with smaller furry friends. He's wonderful with new people and his last family had young kids, so he'd likely do well in a family environment. Dozer is smart and responsive! He knows how to sit, knows his name, and responds to commands, praise, and treats. He's eager to learn and ready to continue his training journey with his new family. He does need to be watched to not mark in the house in new situations, but with consistency and guidance, he'll learn the rules quickly. Dozer would do great as an only pet or with a dog willing to match his play style. He's really a great pup who just needs a family willing to give him the attention he needs and deserves! We are looking to rehome our sweet boy. He’s a Boxer/Pit mix, full of love and personality. He does great with kids and gets along well with dogs that are his size or larger. He’s loyal, affectionate, and loves being around people. He is 5 years old. However, he cannot be around cats or smaller animals. He would thrive in a home with a fenced yard, no small pets, and someone who can give him the attention and love he deserves. This is a tough decision, and we’re only doing it to make sure he goes to the right environment where he can truly be happy and safe.
