We have had Nova since she was 3 months old. She is now 5 and will be 6 in march. Shes always been a sweetheart to people. Has never bit even as a puppy. She is very high energy and needs a lot of exercise and love and sadly we have not been able to give that to her. She sadly does not do well with any other animals and needs to be the only animal in the house. Our new home will not allow higher fences and we have many other dogs around us and cats and this has not been a good environment for her. She would do great in a big yard with a high fence and being able to be walked regularly. Would love to find her a great new home and owner to give her all the love she will give back.

We rescued Mark from a Kill Shelter in MD in May 2024.He was on the euthanasia list due to space.He is a sweetheart but can be stubborn sometimes.He is great with kids and cats.He prefers girl dogs over boy dogs but I assume that is because he is not neutered yet(the shelter didnt see the point in wasting money since they were going to euthanize him).He would benefit best with a family with a fenced in yard at least 6ft tall.He has gotten out of our backyard a few times due to our fence only being 4ft and we cant afford to upgrade it yet.He walks on the leash fairly well, can pull if he gets excited but can be redirected easily.We use a collar that vibrates/beeps to help.He loves being a lap dog and loves affection/attention.He is crate trained at night and potty trained.Never has had any sign of food aggression.We love him so much but we have gotten to the point that I can no longer afford to take care of him as a newly single mom of 3 kids.I really hope he can go to a loving family!

He watches his older foster sister and copies her quickly. He settles in his crate for work hours and is growing more confident each day. He eats well, shows no resource issues, and responds fast to praise. His play style is spirited so he needs supervision to keep the fun from getting too wild. SOCIAL LIFE Scarface loves dogs and people. He has a gentle heart and soaks up affection from anyone who offers it. He brings joy to every room and makes friends fast. A LUCKY BEGINNING Scarface and his brother were found at a local post office. A kind mail carrier picked them up before they could be hurt. They arrived covered in fleas but full of spirit. Now they are thriving in foster care and learning what love feels like. BEST HOME FIT Scarface needs a home ready for a smart and active puppy. He needs structure, play, training, and cuddles. He will give his whole heart in return.

We are looking to rehome our sweet boy. He’s a Boxer/Pit mix, full of love and personality. He does great with kids and gets along well with dogs that are his size or larger. He’s loyal, affectionate, and loves being around people. He is 5 years old. However, he cannot be around cats or smaller animals. He would thrive in a home with a fenced yard, no small pets, and someone who can give him the attention and love he deserves. This is a tough decision, and we’re only doing it to make sure he goes to the right environment where he can truly be happy and safe.
