FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet Queenie! ❤️ Queenie is a ~6.5-year-old, 110-pound Boerboel who is ready to leave kennel life behind and spend her golden years in the loving home she deserves. Queenie came to us as an owner surrender, and while she is an incredibly sweet and affectionate girl, the kennel environment has been stressful for her. She bonds deeply with her people and is happiest when she can be close to them. What Queenie really wants is a comfortable bed, a quiet home, a sunny spot in the yard, and a person to love. Queenie is a fairly low-maintenance girl who would be perfectly content spending her days relaxing around the house, lounging with her people, and enjoying leisurely walks here and there. She would thrive in a calm, peaceful home where she can decompress and settle into a routine. A quiet or rural setting would be ideal for her, and she would not be a good fit for a busy city environment. Because of her age and giant-breed size, she will also need a home without stairs that she would need to navigate regularly. Queenie does well on walks, but she is a very strong girl and does have a prey drive. Her adopters will need to be experienced with large, powerful breeds and physically capable of handling her size and strength. Queenie can not live with small dogs or cats. Queenie as surrendered to us with Ozzie, a male Cane Corso. They can be adopted together, but because they are protective of one another, they would need to be the only dogs in the home. They can also be adopted separately into homes where they can each be the center of attention and soak up all the love they deserve. Queenie is a big girl with an even bigger heart. ❤️ She is looking for someone experienced with giant breeds who will give her the peaceful, loving retirement she has been waiting for. If you’re looking for a giant, lovable companion—or an incredible bonded duo—Queenie may be your girl! Apply to meet her today. Queenie is spayed, UTD on vaccinations, and microchipped. FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED: Meet Orion! He is ~7-8 year-old Bullmastiff/Boerboel mix who weighs 120lbs. He came to us from an overcrowded shelter in CA and has been waiting for his forever home with us for 3 years! His perfect home would have a chill, steady, and peaceful environment. Orion walks well on a leash but can be strong and will need a family with good dog-handling skills. He is crate trained and finds comfort in a regular routine. Breed experience is required for his adopter. This big guy is looking for a quieter forever home outside of city-life. He will need a single-family detached home in a suburban or rural neighborhood. He would LOVE a large, securely fenced yard as well to roam and be with his people. In the summertime he would enjoy laying around in the sun! He can be dog selective and has shown to be friendly with submissive females but would do best as an only dog soaking up all the attention! Orion is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $400.

Welcome Barron to CCPAL Rescue. Barron is a 4.5 month old Mastiff/Great Pyrenees. Barron is extremely affectionate and stunningly beautiful. This whole litter is soft, cuddly and affectionate. Barron would be great with a family with children. This dog has guardian breed, and would be a great family dog. He would be wonderful for a family with a dad that travels and wants to see his family has a dog that will watch out for them. Yeti went to a family with younger children and he is doing great. This is Barron’s brother. We prefer children to be 8 or older. He should be 60 pounds full grown. He likes water, decent on a leash and area trained. He will go on a potty pad. He is good with other dogs bigger than himself. His dad is a Dogo and mom is a Great Pyrenees. He energetic but can calm down and be extremely cuddly and affectionate. He has a soft coat and not a huge shedding dog. He has longer hair a little more like the GP momma. This breed is a guardian breed family even though she shows no signs of guarding anything at the moment. He is getting his vaccinations and will be ready for his forever home soon. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont and all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is $600 and transport is $200. This is a very desirable breed. Please be patient when you put in your application. We are being very careful in vetting people and we are a small group of volunteers.
