Story
I need to re-home this sweet and adorable orange shorthair cat. He’s name is Oliver, and he was found last year as a newly born kitten by one of my friends and Ive been fostering him since October last year, but I unfortunately can longer keep Olie due to my apartment complex and severe allergies. He’s birthday was calculated to be around June 1st, so he’ll turn 2 this summer. Oliver is genuinely a very easy going and friendly cat. He loves hugs and cuddles. Doesn’t hiss or scratch. He is good with other cats, kids, etc… I got a bunch of cat toys, food, and other stuff that you can take if also if interested.

Story
Meet Texas Pete (Action Superstar) Texas Pete — The Spicy Superstar! 5 months old - Silky & shiny fur - Brave, brilliant, and full of heart Meet Texas Pete, the little cowboy with a big personality and a heart of gold. He and his siblings found themselves, through no fault of their own, in a rural shelter facing euthanasia. But fate (and a quick rescue mission!) had other plans. We pulled them just in time, and Texas Pete has been showing everyone what it means to make the most of a second chance. At first, he and his siblings were shy, unsure of what to make of humans. But Pete, ever the brave one, was the first to decide that people aren’t so bad after all. His confidence helped the others come out of their shells, too, he’s that natural leader everyone loves to follow. Now, Texas Pete is a certified superstar. He’s playful, energetic, and the first to come running the moment you pick up a feather toy. He’s always ready to show off his ninja jumps — yes, the kind that defy gravity — and he’s convinced he should be working as a professional action model. In between his stunts, Pete makes time for his daily routines: following you into the bathroom every morning to make sure you’re doing okay, sleeping in bed with you at night, and demanding a fair share of cuddles and head scratches. He’s also ridiculously smart. Food puzzles? Solved. Treats? Oh, he’ll do anything for them — and he’s not shy about training you in the art of snack delivery. He loves watching Cat TV and even enjoys playing tablet games for cats (yes, he’s tech-savvy). He’s also learning to walk on a harness and leash — though he’s pretty sure his foster mom is the one being trained. Texas Pete is a gentle soul with kittens, grooming them and acting like the best big brother ever. He loves other cats, adores attention, and thrives on companionship. He’s silky soft, loves being brushed, and even tolerates nail trims and teeth brushing like a little gentleman. He’s the complete package — playful, affectionate, curious, confident, and oh-so-loving. Texas Pete is still a kitten and thrives on companionship, thus he needs to be adopted with one of his siblings or into a home with another playful cat to match his energy and keep his big heart full. Here is some information why we have this policy: Two kittens are better than one For a pair of kittens we apply a $25 discount from each adoption fee. Pete are estimated to be 4.5 mo old as of Oct 2025 and fully vetted: neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, defleaed, and microchipped. He tested negative for FIV and FeLV and heartworms Check out more photos and videos of Pete here: Pete Photos To meet Pete, start by filling out an application here: Adoption Application Questions? info@littlelivesatl.org

Story
SILVIA — The Gentle Russian Blue Snuggle Queen (The Little Legends Litter) Personality: Gentle • Polite • Calm • Affectionate Silvia’s story started a little differently from the other Little Legends, but fate brought her to their side, and since then, they have been inseparable — often found in a large cuddle pile, napping, playing, and exploring together. She is particularly bonded with Jane and Dian, and the two always sleep side by side, sharing warmth and comfort in perfect harmony. Rescued from the streets as a tiny baby who still needed to drink milk from a bottle, Silvia joined her fellow Little Legends after her colony was fully fixed. From the very start, she impressed her foster family with her calm, gentle nature. Quiet and polite, she often waits her turn, observing her siblings as they play, and only then jumps in with curiosity and grace. Though naturally a little shy at first, Silvia quickly builds confidence once she knows you. She loves to explore new spaces, following her siblings around, and takes in the world with gentle curiosity. When she trusts you, Silvia becomes a full-on snuggle bug, running to greet you, purring the instant you pick her up, and curling into your arms like she was made to be loved. Silvia adores being pampered and groomed. Even when she was tiny and sick, she trusted humans completely, accepting baths, medicine, and eye drops like a pro. That trust has only grown stronger with time, making her a truly affectionate and loving companion. Today, Silvia has blossomed into a beautiful, healthy, and calm little legend. She is gentle, polite, and affectionate, bringing a sense of serenity and love wherever she goes. With her quiet confidence, social charm, and deep bonds with her siblings, Silvia is the perfect mix of grace and cuddly sweetness. Silvia is a Little Legend because she overcame life on the streets as a tiny bottle baby to become a gentle, confident, and endlessly affectionate kitten. Named after the incredible Sylvia Earle, she embodies quiet strength, curiosity, and loyalty, instantly winning the hearts of humans and siblings alike — proving that sometimes quiet strength is the most legendary kind of all. Silvia is estimated to be 3 mo old as of Dec 26 2025 and fully vetted: neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, defleaed, and microchipped. He tested negative for FIV, FeLV and heartworms. Check out more photos and videos of Silvia here: Silvia Photo Album Silvia is a kitten and must be adopted with one of her siblings, foster friends, or into a home with another young or playful cat for companionship. She really loves his foster sister Jane but he will quickly make friends with any kitty! Here is some information about why we have this policy: Two kittens are better than one For a pair of kittens we apply a $25 discount from each adoption fee.
