Story
I need to re-home this sweet and adorable orange shorthair cat. He’s name is Oliver, and he was found last year as a newly born kitten by one of my friends and Ive been fostering him since October last year, but I unfortunately can longer keep Olie due to my apartment complex and severe allergies. He’s birthday was calculated to be around June 1st, so he’ll turn 2 this summer. Oliver is genuinely a very easy going and friendly cat. He loves hugs and cuddles. Doesn’t hiss or scratch. He is good with other cats, kids, etc… I got a bunch of cat toys, food, and other stuff that you can take if also if interested.

Fester is a sweet 1‑year‑old cat who recently became a mom. Shes very quiet, gentle, and enjoys her alone time, making her a wonderful match for someone who appreciates a calm, introverted companion. Fester loves relaxing in bed with you and brings a peaceful presence to any home. She does prefer a clean litter box, so keeping up with her space helps her feel comfortable. Story
Toby is one of the best cats I’ve had in my family. We adopted him (and his buddy) as a kitten from the Atlanta Humane Society in 2019. He’s grown into a great and smart cat who loves to play and snuggle up to those he’s close to. Best times are when he’s hanging out while I work, flopping on his side when he’s happy, and laying across my legs when I’m watching tv. He had a falling out with his buddy (our other cat) about a year ago and they no longer get along. He’s anxious with visitors and kids - needing a home that’s not too busy with visitors. He will deeply love an experienced cat person and has a calm and patient presence.

I found this kitten under the supermarket carts at Aldi grocery store abandoned. I’ve had him a little over a month and he looks to be about 12 weeks old. He is sweet and energetic. I would like to find a good home for him. I have a dog at home who is extremely jealous of him.

Story
Meet Benji! I was targeted by the infamous cat distribution system while at work when one of my college students walked up to me with a tiny kitten in his hand saying he found it outside the building. Naturally, I took the kitten to make sure she would get food and proper care until I could turn her over to professional caregivers. Due to her obvious cuteness, two months have since transpired with this little diva and, while I love her, I am developing an allergy to her, impacting my skin and breathing. Benji is like most kittens who love to play, but she will eventually match your energy and settle in with you calmly once she has finished her workout :) You can see she loves to fall asleep on my legs, which is just heart melting. I wish I could keep this little angel, but I would LOVE to see her go to a home that can give her the cuddles, playtime, Zoomie space, and climbing environment of her dreams!

Story
Meet Texas Pete (Action Superstar) Texas Pete — The Spicy Superstar! 5 months old - Silky & shiny fur - Brave, brilliant, and full of heart Meet Texas Pete, the little cowboy with a big personality and a heart of gold. He and his siblings found themselves, through no fault of their own, in a rural shelter facing euthanasia. But fate (and a quick rescue mission!) had other plans. We pulled them just in time, and Texas Pete has been showing everyone what it means to make the most of a second chance. At first, he and his siblings were shy, unsure of what to make of humans. But Pete, ever the brave one, was the first to decide that people aren’t so bad after all. His confidence helped the others come out of their shells, too, he’s that natural leader everyone loves to follow. Now, Texas Pete is a certified superstar. He’s playful, energetic, and the first to come running the moment you pick up a feather toy. He’s always ready to show off his ninja jumps — yes, the kind that defy gravity — and he’s convinced he should be working as a professional action model. In between his stunts, Pete makes time for his daily routines: following you into the bathroom every morning to make sure you’re doing okay, sleeping in bed with you at night, and demanding a fair share of cuddles and head scratches. He’s also ridiculously smart. Food puzzles? Solved. Treats? Oh, he’ll do anything for them — and he’s not shy about training you in the art of snack delivery. He loves watching Cat TV and even enjoys playing tablet games for cats (yes, he’s tech-savvy). He’s also learning to walk on a harness and leash — though he’s pretty sure his foster mom is the one being trained. Texas Pete is a gentle soul with kittens, grooming them and acting like the best big brother ever. He loves other cats, adores attention, and thrives on companionship. He’s silky soft, loves being brushed, and even tolerates nail trims and teeth brushing like a little gentleman. He’s the complete package — playful, affectionate, curious, confident, and oh-so-loving. Texas Pete is still a kitten and thrives on companionship, thus he needs to be adopted with one of his siblings or into a home with another playful cat to match his energy and keep his big heart full. Here is some information why we have this policy: Two kittens are better than one For a pair of kittens we apply a $25 discount from each adoption fee. Pete are estimated to be 4.5 mo old as of Oct 2025 and fully vetted: neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, defleaed, and microchipped. He tested negative for FIV and FeLV and heartworms Check out more photos and videos of Pete here: Pete Photos To meet Pete, start by filling out an application here: Adoption Application Questions? info@littlelivesatl.org

Story
Pet's Story Johnson is an affectionate cat and a survivor of cruelty. "He is now 100% recovered from the neck injury caused by a heartless person on the street."-he is 4- 5 years old, he’s a loyal companion who prefers floor play, especially chasing hands and feet; he was never used to being held and dislikes being carried. Ideally, his home should have hard floors for his cardboard scratching. Due to a move, I cannot take him. It would be incredibly cruel to let this sweet cat end up on the streets again. He needs stable environment. Guys !!! Please adopt Johnson; he’s a wonderful friend who deserves a safe forever home after everything he has endured. 470 407 8499
