Butter Believe It doesn’t know it yet, but there are a whole lot of good things waiting for her. Her days are spent eating, sleeping, staying warm, and growing alongside her littermates, Gouda Little Gooda, Cream Dream Supreme, and Cheddar Little Charmer. We don’t know yet whether Butter Believe It will grow into the adventurous puppy who wants to investigate everything, the silly one who keeps everyone laughing, or the one who always finds the best place to curl up for a nap. She’s still too little to tell us, and we’re happy to let her show us when she’s ready. Over the next several weeks, Butter Believe It will start experiencing so many firsts. Her world will get bigger, her personality will begin showing itself, and we’ll start learning all the little things that make her different from her siblings. Eventually, one of those firsts will be finding a family of her own. Right now, Cheddar Little Charmer can fit into a pair of hands. Someday, those same tiny paws will be running through a house, chasing toys, following someone from room to room, and leaving little paw prints all over a family’s life. He’s spending these first weeks tucked in with his littermates, Gouda Little Gooda, Cream Dream Supreme, and Butter Believe It, while all four puppies concentrate on the very important business of getting bigger. Cheddar Little Charmer is still too young for us to tell you what kind of personality is hiding inside that tiny body. We don’t know yet what his favorite toy will be, whether he’ll be the adventurous one of the group, or what silly little habits will eventually make everyone laugh. Those are things he’ll get to show us himself. Over the next several weeks, his world will begin to change. There’s something special about looking at a newborn puppy and realizing that almost her entire story is still waiting to happen. Cream Dream Supreme hasn’t discovered toys yet. She hasn’t picked a favorite place to nap in a home or learned what sound makes her come running. Someday Gouda Little Gooda will be running through a yard, carrying toys around the house, and showing his family exactly what kind of dog he was meant to become. But right now? Hazel Grace came from a small Texas rescue about June2025. They said was four years old at the time had arrived to them pregnant and her puppies had been adoped out. I wanted a small terrier under 20 pounds to go with my so called Cairn mix who was about 6 pounds at the time. She was billed as Cairn mix terrier. We had a small back yard at the time and both dogs got on well. We moved to Oregon. We could no not let them loose in our bigger back yard, due to fear and eagle or other raptor would make a dinner out ot them. Not able to run off her anxieties the Cairn Terrier became jealous ot the Calboure cairn terrier. Hazel was not allowed to sit on our laps with out the Cairn mix terrier fronting her. The Cairn mix suffers from anxiety and attacked Hazel. We had too many fights. Hazel was clearly a stray for some time. She eats her kibble well and is affection at.
