Story
Lilo is 5 years old, she is very sweet, a little bit shy, good with kids. The problem with Lilo is she pees outside of the litter box sometimes. We do have one other cat and two dogs in the house so I’m hoping she can find a house where maybe she is the only cat and this won’t have this behavior issue anymore. She has never been aggressive, and likes to cuddle. She has a neurological condition where she wobbles a bit when she walks so balance isn’t always the best when jumping but otherwise her condition is stable.

Story
My sister had Corona since she was born. I took her to my place when she was about 2 years old and have had her for over 2 years now. She is the sweetest cat in my opinion. Very affectionate loves sleeping in bed with me when I allow it (loves between my legs to sleep). Never seen her try biting or clawing. She’s never had any aggressiveness. Very relaxed cat. Hate to have to surrender her but I unfortunately lost my job and had to move in with my dad for a little bit to get back on my feet and he isn’t allowing me to bring her because their dog doesn’t get along with cats evidently. Haven’t been able to find her a home and my house as of tomorrow is sold and have to be out of there.

Story
Stealia is as special as her name suggests. She is a beautiful 5-year-old calico with a glorious presence and a heart ready to bond with the right human. Once part of a TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) program, she’s now fully domesticated and eager to enjoy the comforts of a loving home. She’s spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped – all set for a safe and healthy future. Stealia thrives in a calm environment where she can be the center of attention. While she’s not fond of dogs or young children, she can coexist with other cats who respect her personal space. She’s food assertive and may vocalize her boundaries, snapping or yelling at other cats, but she’s not aggressive; she's just a confident communicator. Stealia would do best with someone who appreciates her independent spirit and is ready to offer her the peaceful, predictable life she deserves. Could you be the one to give Stealia her happily ever after? The adoption fee is at your discretion and is a donation to our rescue. Manatee, Hillsborough, Sarasota, and Pinellas counties only. We ONLY ACCEPT ONLINE, properly filled-out applications. Please apply to adopt her online at https://www.duetteanimalrescueteam.org/online-adoption-application. Thank you for caring.

Story
Melons is a very sweet and loving cat to her person. She is talkative, cuddly and responds to her name. My friend got her but he had to move for the marine corps so we took her in while we try to find her a new home. We have 2 litter boxes and food for her as well.

Story
Willow’s world once felt a little too chaotic. In a busy household with young children, she struggled to find the tranquility she craved. Though loved, her stress was evident, and concerns about her well-being led to a difficult but necessary decision—to find her a home where she could truly thrive. Now, this breathtaking calico beauty is ready for a fresh start. At 8 years old, Willow carries the gentle wisdom of experience. She’s incredibly sweet, her soft purrs and affectionate gaze proof of the love she has to give. With her striking patches of orange, black, and white, she’s as stunning on the outside as she is on the inside. Willow would flourish in a peaceful home where she’s the center of attention—no other cats, no children, just a calm and understanding space where she can fully relax. While her thoughts on dogs remain a mystery, one thing is certain: she’s ready to start over with someone who cherishes her. She is FIV/FELV negative, fully vaccinated, and microchipped, making her more than ready to settle into her forever home. Could you be the one to give Willow the comfort and love she’s been waiting for? The adoption fee is at your discretion and is a donation to our rescue. Manatee, Hillsborough, Sarasota, and Pinellas counties only. Please apply to adopt him online at https://www.duetteanimalrescueteam.org/online-adoption-application. Thank you for caring.

Story
This is Teddy! She is an adult female tortie. She is energetic, playful, and very affectionate. She loves to head bump, cuddle, and she even likes to jump on your back and shoulders. (You have to watch out for her sometimes because if you bend over to pick something up she will perch herself on your shoulder like a parrot lol) Teddy is a bit unique, she has two cauliflower ears that may need to be checked and monitored from time to time (perhaps a bit more regularly than your average cat) Also, you'll notice that she has thumbs! (Which just means she is a Polydactyl cat!) Which to us only makes her cuter and we hope you feel the same. We are trying to find Teddy a forever home is because her previous owner is an older individual (our neighbour) that has developed a chronic illness that prevents them from being able to care for their pets properly, we are unfortunately unable to care for her ourselves but we just want the best for her.
