Story
One year old calico. Very sweet and great with dogs and kids. She has been outside cat for most the time but few months ago she figured out how to use doog door and has been coming inside. Here lies the problem. She keeps spraying on anything that I use. Ex. my clothes, my seat on couch, my pillow etc. Does not mark anyone else's stuff but keep marking mine. If I could keep her from spraying on my stuff or keep outside like intended I would keep her but with out getting rid of dog door I can keep her out. I don't wanna my limit my two dogs to the inside when they have 10 acre to roam free

Story
Reina is a sweet, affectionate cat. We got her from Humane Society Englewoood 6 yrs ago. Humane society guessed her age at 7. Age now is 13. She is chipped, shots up to date, spayed. She loves anyone she meets even kids. It’s only been me and my daughter in our household. My daughter was 7 yrs old when we got her. She is good with my nephew who is 4 yrs old. Indoor cat only. Never tried to escape from the house. Will step out sometimes to be curious but once you walk her way or call her she comes in right away. I think she knows where her food is, so she will not risk being stuck outside lol. Dislikes wet food, prefers dry, is a great water drinker. Never had an accident in our place and we have carpet. Super blessed. I am about to get married, my soon to be mother in law who will be living with us, and is allergic to cats. Only reason for rehoming. Comes with cat tower, food, bowl, kitty litter box, cat carrier. Desire a loving, attention oriented, relaxing home for Reina.

Story
Stealia is as special as her name suggests. She is a beautiful 5-year-old calico with a glorious presence and a heart ready to bond with the right human. Once part of a TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) program, she’s now fully domesticated and eager to enjoy the comforts of a loving home. She’s spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped – all set for a safe and healthy future. Stealia thrives in a calm environment where she can be the center of attention. While she’s not fond of dogs or young children, she can coexist with other cats who respect her personal space. She’s food assertive and may vocalize her boundaries, snapping or yelling at other cats, but she’s not aggressive; she's just a confident communicator. Stealia would do best with someone who appreciates her independent spirit and is ready to offer her the peaceful, predictable life she deserves. Could you be the one to give Stealia her happily ever after? The adoption fee is at your discretion and is a donation to our rescue. Manatee, Hillsborough, Sarasota, and Pinellas counties only. We ONLY ACCEPT ONLINE, properly filled-out applications. Please apply to adopt her online at https://www.duetteanimalrescueteam.org/online-adoption-application. Thank you for caring.

Story
Melons is a very sweet and loving cat to her person. She is talkative, cuddly and responds to her name. My friend got her but he had to move for the marine corps so we took her in while we try to find her a new home. We have 2 litter boxes and food for her as well.

Story
Willow’s world once felt a little too chaotic. In a busy household with young children, she struggled to find the tranquility she craved. Though loved, her stress was evident, and concerns about her well-being led to a difficult but necessary decision—to find her a home where she could truly thrive. Now, this breathtaking calico beauty is ready for a fresh start. At 8 years old, Willow carries the gentle wisdom of experience. She’s incredibly sweet, her soft purrs and affectionate gaze proof of the love she has to give. With her striking patches of orange, black, and white, she’s as stunning on the outside as she is on the inside. Willow would flourish in a peaceful home where she’s the center of attention—no other cats, no children, just a calm and understanding space where she can fully relax. While her thoughts on dogs remain a mystery, one thing is certain: she’s ready to start over with someone who cherishes her. She is FIV/FELV negative, fully vaccinated, and microchipped, making her more than ready to settle into her forever home. Could you be the one to give Willow the comfort and love she’s been waiting for? The adoption fee is at your discretion and is a donation to our rescue. Manatee, Hillsborough, Sarasota, and Pinellas counties only. Please apply to adopt him online at https://www.duetteanimalrescueteam.org/online-adoption-application. Thank you for caring.

Story
We got him at the shelter and they told us that he was a very interesting cat when we brought him home it took about a week or two for him to finally leave the room we had for him, and once he finally got comfortable after almost a month he became a very cuddly, sweet cat that just needed a lot of attention and love and probably a friend unfortunately we were unable to meet his needs and don’t have the space to give him everything he needs so it’s just unfair. He is such a loving, caring, sweet cat so I just want him to go to a good home.
