Story
Callie is a fabulous cat, a 5 year old calico, adopted from the Animal Rescue League. She is very affectionate, quite the snuggle pot, loves to lap sit and likes to be where her person is. She is very playful and loves her toys. She is strictly an indoor cat. While she likes people, I do not know how she would be with small children. She does not like the presence of other cats. While she does not fight with my cats, she does chase and pounce on them. She should be rehomed in a home with no other cats. She does not scratch furniture, but loves a good scratching post. Shedding is minimal. She would be a good cat for someone who has recently lost their pet, as she is great company and likes to be near people. I am heartbroken, to give her up, but I have a disabled cat, with three legs, who I believe had been priorly abused. Callie like to pounce on her and the disabled cat is scared of her to the point she had begun chewing on her own leg until it is bloody and losing her fur.

Story
ChChiChi has been with me and my family from two months old. She is now five years old and at the time that I did not think my 3-Month-Old son would be autistic come to find out I have two autistic children that take up most of my time. Im looking to get her a batter because she lives out of my room. She refuses to come out of my room. Now that the boys are older, my house is loud and I think she would do better in a quiet home. She has been around cats and dogs but wants nothing to do with them. She's also missing her back leg due to her umbilical cord was wrapped around her leg and was removed when she was only a day old. She gets around fine. I would prefer a house that had more carpeting just to give her the stability from walking. She is very loving and likes to cuddle and make biscuits, she is a very easy going cat, just likes her privacy. But once I sit down she's all over me and wants affection. She really doesn't play with toys, just likes to watch the birds.

Story
If you're looking for a cat with personality, look no further than Margot. This one-year-old calico has never met a stranger and believes everyone is a potential new best friend. She's curious, outgoing, and always has something to say, so be prepared for plenty of adorable conversations! Margot is FIV+, but that doesn't slow her down one bit. Cats with FIV can live long, normal lives, and Margot is proof that a diagnosis doesn't define a cat's spirit.

Story
Big Rhonda has made incredible progress since arriving at the shelter! At first, she found the environment overwhelming and spent most of her time curled up in her bed, quietly observing the world around her. She eventually started to gain confidence began stepping out of her cozy hideaway to seek out gentle pets and attention. Now, she is absolutely thriving in her foster home! It has been so rewarding to see her sweet, loving personality start to shine through when she feels safe and comfortable. Her foster family reports that she is an absolute sweet and loving girl. Will take as many pets as you're willing to give and then meow for more. LOVES to be brushed and will even brush herself by rubbing her face against the brush if left out. Even though she is a little older, Rhonda still enjoys a good play session and will jump and run around like she's still young. Rhonda just needs a patient home that understands it takes her a little time to get used to new people and places. With a time, love, and a calm environment, we know this shy girl is sure to blossom into a loyal and affectionate companion the way she has in her foster home. Has a suspected autoimmune disorder that may require occasional steroid injections. However, it tends to mostly be triggered by stress and she has not had any flare ups since going to foster care. All cats and kittens come spayed and neutered, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fees are $50.00 for adult cats and $75.00 for kittens under 6 months old at the time of adoption. Story
If you've got a few treats and a few minutes to chat, Mayer is already your biggest fan. This friendly guy has never met a stranger. He's always excited to make new friends and isn't shy about letting you know when he'd like some attention (or another snack). Whether he's greeting you with cheerful meows, following you around for company, or reminding you that the treat jar definitely needs opening, Mayer keeps life entertaining. Mayer is happiest when he's surrounded by people. He's got a big personality, an even bigger appetite, and more love to give than he knows what to do with. If you're looking for a cat who will happily keep you company, greet you at the door, and make sure your home is never too quiet, Mayer is ready to move in and start the conversation. Story
Scarlett is a sweet young girl who just needs a little time to let her personality shine. When she first arrived at the shelter, she was very shy and spent most of her time hiding. But Scarlett has made so much progress and will now come right up to greet us when we open her kennel. She can often be found happily playing with her toys and showing off her playful side.
