Story
Calico was born February 2018 She has been with me since being weaned. She is a typical calico cat behavior. Independent yet loving when she wants to be. She has been treated at Kennebunk vet there at the shelter. I am moving cross country and cannot take her with me. She likes dry food and gravy from any wet food. She will lick the wet food dry but will not eat it. Food is down all day. Does not overeat. She likes her water bowl on counter in bathroom. Does not like dirty cat box. Has never been outside. A housecat. Has never tried to escape. Loves her scratching post. Has never scratched furniture or wood. Always a post. She is double pawed in both front feet. Needs nail care but I cannot personally cut her nails She has a sister who has been with her all her life born 4 months before Callie. Same parents. October 2017 She is also advertised. Would like to see them go together if possible. Both extremely difficult when being caged.

Story
Spooky is the coolest cat in the world, and everyone who has ever met her agrees. Spooky came into our care after she could not be released as part of a "catch and release" program in Indiana due to sudden vision loss during her spay procedure. Her name is Spooky because she died on the table, but was resuscitated and came back to life. While she woke up missing some of her eyesight, she gets around just fine, and most folks have no idea she is blind until I tell them. She can see shadows and bright lights from what we can tell, and does all the typical "cat" things like climb and jump off furniture and objects. She recently developed a seizure disorder that we medicate for. She has not had a seizure since, and the medication is only $7/every 3 months. We unfortunately have to rehome due to an upcoming move where cats are not allowed.

Meet Spook! We’d like to introduce you to Spook, a gentle and loving senior boy in search of a forever home. Spook is a sweetheart who craves the warmth and companionship of his humans. He finds comfort in sharing quiet moments and naps with his people. Having thrived in his foster home alongside other cats, we truly believe he has the capacity to adapt well to any loving environment. Spook is on daily medication for hyperthyroidism, but he takes it without any fuss. This resilient boy is ready to bring joy and affection to someone’s life. Could you be the one to give him the loving home he deserves?
