My adult female has been on the same cat food since I’ve had her. She likes to cuddle. She will sleep right by you. She’s house trained has never been sick. She’s 8 years old. Multi colored calico. She’s never been near children.

Malibu is around 10 years old. She is a sweet cat to adults and older kids who can be calm around her. She is very skittish around my 7-year-old son and other rambunctious children. We took her and another cat in Nov 2025 from a friend who had 5 cats and couldn't keep up with that demand. That friend has had her since she was a very young kitten. She has been indoor/outdoor since we've had her. She has been spraying in our home the entire time we've had her. My friend insists she did not do that at her house. Malibu is very vocal and loves attention, but may take time to adjust. I've spent a lot of money, time and energy trying to break her of the spraying behavior and cannot keep it up. I haven't taken her to the vet and cannot do that at this time. I think she would make a great pet for a home without kids or a lot of chaos. I love her, I just cannot continue trying to break the spraying behavior.
