Jolene has started bullying my older cat. They used to be best friends. Along with just not having the time for her, I need to find a better suited home for her, maybe with another young cat. She does well with dogs and will play with my dogs. She enjoys going outside and laying in the sun. Jolene is shy around strangers at first but will come out of her shell quickly.

Overall, she can be a loving cat but there have been too many issues, too much stress and behaviors that I’m not okay with. She originally was for my daughter and she is extremely vocal anytime my daughter tries to hold her and has bit my daughter and scratched my daughter several times so I think she should be in a kid free home. Aside from that, her biggest issue is overeating to the point of puking constantly. I have tried everything from feeding schedules to automatic feeders to free feeding and free feeding is the only thing that works for my other cat because of her overeating causing him to not get the amount of food he needs. I believe it’s a competition thing between the two of them and that they both would thrive with her in another home. Overall, she can be a loving cat, it just doesn’t work for our household.
