Calico kittens & cats in Walker, Michigan

Callie is four, She was born on September 10th 2022. We are looking to find a new home for our sweet girl. She is a loving, fun, and playful companion who enjoys attention, toys, and cozy spots to relax. She has a big personality and will bring lots of joy to the right person or family. She does best in a calm environment and would thrive in a home without young children. Older kids or adults who understand cats and can respect her space would be a great fit. She is currently the only pet in our home so not sure how she would do with other animals. This decision hasn’t been easy for us, we just want to make sure she’s in a home where she can be happy and comfortable. Ember is a beautiful calico girl with a shy but incredibly sweet personality. While she may take a little time to feel comfortable, once she does, her gentle and loving side begins to shine through. She recently allowed pets and quickly started purring, showing that she truly enjoys affection and wants to connect with people. Ember has a calm, quiet demeanor and would likely thrive in a patient home where she can continue building confidence at her own pace. With her stunning calico coloring and soft personality, Ember is a special cat who simply needs someone willing to give her a little time, kindness, and understanding.

Jolene has started bullying my older cat. They used to be best friends. Along with just not having the time for her, I need to find a better suited home for her, maybe with another young cat. She does well with dogs and will play with my dogs. She enjoys going outside and laying in the sun. Jolene is shy around strangers at first but will come out of her shell quickly.

Meet Roxy, a curious, playful, and affectionate 1-year-old cat who’s thriving in her foster home! Roxy plays hard and loves hard. She’s happiest zooming around, climbing her cat tree, sprinting through her tunnel, and turning absolutely anything into a toy. She’ll explore your cabinets, walk across your laptop, and keep a close eye on whatever you’re doing. She’s a chatty girl too, and she’ll make sure you always know exactly what she wants! When she’s done adventuring, Roxy becomes a total sweetheart. She loves being held, petted, cuddled, and curled up right beside her people. At night she happily claims the human bed as her own and prefers to sleep right next to you. Roxy can be sensitive to loud, unexpected noises like thunderstorms or fireworks. She may take some time and space to adjust in a new environment, but once settled, she bonds deeply and seeks out attention. She can get mouthy in a playful, overstimulated way, so she may do best in a home without young children. Her foster does not have other pets, so her compatibility with them is unknown. If you’re looking for an affectionate, spirited companion who will fill your home with love, laughter, and a bit of mischief, Roxy might be your perfect match! Roxy does not do well with loud unexpected noises (thunderstorms and fireworks). She needs her own space and takes some time to adjust at first. I do not have other pets or kids, so I am not sure how she would do with those. She does bite in a playful manner, so my thought is that she would not be a good fit for young kids.

Starlight is a 6-year-old calico with a gentle, quiet personality who prefers to take things at her own pace. She can be a little reserved in new environments and spent much of her time tucked away in her bed, but with a little patience, her sweet side quickly started to shine through. After only a few moments of calm company, she allowed pets and immediately leaned into the attention, happily purring while soaking up affection. While she may not be the type to demand attention right away, Starlight clearly enjoys gentle pets and continued to grow more comfortable and affectionate the longer time was spent with her. She would likely do best in a patient home that understands she may need time to settle in and build trust before fully coming out of her shell. Starlight has no known history of living with other animals or children.
