Meet Mama Cat, a beautiful 1-year-old with the perfect mix of playful energy and nurturing sweetness. True to her name, she has a caring, gentle nature but still loves to have fun, whether she’s chasing toys or soaking up attention from her favorite people. Mama Cat is a big fan of the simple joys in life, especially sunbathing in a warm spot where she can relax and recharge. She’s wonderfully easygoing and doesn’t mind being carried, happily letting you scoop her up for extra cuddles. And when it comes to mealtime, she’s very enthusiastic! To Mama Cat, a half-full bowl is basically empty, and she won’t hesitate to remind you when it’s time for a refill. She gets along well with other cats and dogs, making her a great addition to a multi-pet household. With her loving personality, playful spirit, and charming quirks, Mama Cat is truly a wonderful companion who’s ready to bring warmth and happiness to her forever home. Meet Baby Girl, a 9-month-old kitten with a gentle heart and a soft, quiet spirit. She can be a little shy at first and may need a few weeks to feel safe and comfortable in a new home, but once she warms up, she’ll reward your patience with sweet moments of trust and affection. Baby Girl enjoys gentle pets and, once she feels secure, will allow you to pick her up for short periods of time. She’s the kind of kitten who blossoms at her own pace, making every small step forward feel extra special. She shares a very strong bond with her mom, Mama Cat, and truly thrives with her by her side. Baby Girl looks to her for comfort and confidence, so she would do best in a home where they can be adopted together. Keeping them as a pair would help Baby Girl continue to grow into her loving, affectionate self. If you have a patient heart and are looking to welcome a deeply bonded duo, Baby Girl and her mom will fill your home with quiet love, warmth, and companionship. So listen..... we know she is a chunky one.... but she is the best girl ever! Kaia is a self-appointed queen bee of the household and everyone’s favorite companion. At 10 years old, Kaia has perfected the art of being your tiny furry supervisor. She will be the first to greet you at the door every single day, ready to give you a full rundown of everything you missed while you were gone. Expect conversations, opinions, and lots of personality! When Kaia first came to us, she was extremely overweight. Since then, she has worked hard on her weight-loss journey and is feeling so much healthier. With all that success came a little extra loose skin and honestly, it’s our favorite part! Her adorable waddles and squishy rolls make her extra lovable. The vets do not perform kitty tummy tucks, so Kaia is proudly embracing her curves. If you’re someone who appreciates a little jiggle and a lot of charm, Kaia is your girl. Kaia gets along just fine with cats and dogs, but she is not interested in being their best friend. No cuddling, no group naps, no nonsense. Kaia prefers to reserve her affection for humans only. She coexists peacefully with other pets while maintaining her royal status from a comfortable distance. Kaia is looking for a home where she can be adored for the hilarious, affectionate, confident cat she is. If you want a loyal companion with a big personality and even bigger heart, Kaia is ready to rule your home.   PLEASE READ THIS TO ADOPT: ***ALL ANIMALS ARE CURRENTLY IN LONG BEACH, MISSISSIPPI.*** We transport adopted animals every 2-3 weeks to Northeast states.  Completed applications take precedence over inquiries. If you are interested in adopting, the FIRST step is to complete an application. Castor is a sweet and playful boy who loves being around people and other cats. He’s always ready for a game, enjoys gentle play biting, and soaks up every bit of affection he can get. This loving kitty will happily keep you entertained with his energy. When Castor was a tiny kitten, he battled an illness that left him with watery eyes. While his eyes may always look a little teary, it doesn’t slow him down one bit, and most importantly, it isn’t contagious. He’s a happy, healthy, affectionate cat who just happens to have a unique feature that makes him extra special. Castor is a true cat’s cat. He is a gentle soul who prefers friendships on his own terms. He enjoys pets but politely declines being picked up. He’ll pop by for a little visit when the mood strikes and then scamper off once his social battery is recharged. Castor thrives in our Community Room with 15+ feline friends and is wonderfully social with other cats. He would be the perfect companion for a resident kitty who’s looking for a calm, respectful BFF.
