* bonded with GusGus * Lemin is emotionally mature and loving in the most incredible, albeit ‘quiet’ of ways. Lemin is 16 lbs and very strong. He loves to headbutt, do tricks and play fetch like a dog (sit, stay etc..), he jumps/lands/rides on my shoulders like a wet towel and he balances himself well while I work. He likes low spots under beds or tables for hiding and staying cool, and he likes to be close to the action, periodically coming up to give and get love. Lem likes to sleep by me- but not on me. Maine Coons are the ‘dogs of cats’ and they have their own (fascinating) way of communicating – please research the breed. Lem likes to do flips like a gymnast when running for a toy and communicates in ‘trill.’ He's healthy (though he'd do better on RX food long-term) and comes with everything he needs. He’s been insured with Healthy Paws since he was a baby and the policy is transferrable. Feel free to ask me any questions – I want to ensure Lemin finds the right home.

Kitty is available on a first come, first served basis. To meet this pet, please come to the shelter during adoption hours, fill out a survey with your information, and then you`ll meet with an adoption coordinator who will introduce you and walk you through the adoption process.
