Lulu is about 4.5 years old and has been living with me (and my dog) in Omaha, NE for the past year and a half after her previous owner (a relative) moved cross-country and was unable to take her along. She was previously adopted from a pet rescue. Lulu is very loving and loves to lay on chests, rub on legs, be brushed, and jump on surfaces to be closer for pets, though she does take a little time to warm up to new people. She is a curious cat and loves to look out the window and watch birds, and catch bugs. She does not mind living with a dog, but I believe she would do better with a calm dog. She does have claws and loves scratching posts/boards. I must re-home Lulu as my partner moved in who has intolerable allergies to cat dander and she will be missed, but I am hopeful she can find her forever home like she deserves.

Izzy is a loving 10 year old cat. I am unable to keep her due to time away at medical school. She is a very cuddly and sweet cat who loves attention. She would do best in a quieter home/apartment with more attention! She isn’t much into playing but would love to just sit by you! She did have some dental issues that were addressed at the vet and is requiring a soft food diet! She is litter box trained.

She is very friendly- adoring head and chin scratches, snuggles, and making biscuits on your lap. She is energetic, athletic, and loves to play- especially chasing her feather wand toy. And she has the cutest, softest little meow! She is up to date on her shots, litterbox trained, and has good house manners. She may do best as an only pet. Her and the resident cat do not get along very well. Dogs are unknown. This sweet girl just wants to be loved. Could you be the one for her? Litterbox, water fountain, toys, and bed can go with her.

Hexe is really sweet and gentle. She was a stray kitten in Los Angeles and we took her in and then moved her to Omaha with us when we finished college. Her name means “witch” in German and her birthday is in October. She’s a great, spooky girl! She is a little older, about 9 and is looking for someone to give her pets on the couch. She’s not aggressive with children, but is pretty stand-off ish with them. She might do better in a house with older kids who can play gently with her. We need to find her a new home due to our toddler’s allergies. No behavior issues.

I adopted Mitch from the NE. Humane Society in 2015. He was 3 months old. I just found out he’s diabetic & needs medication which I cannot afford. (I also found out he’s got bad teeth as well). 2 years ago he had a rabies shot & also, apparently, got an infection in his right ear (I think my other cat bit him)—- that’s why he has that ‘cauliflower’ ear now. He’s VERY SHY… he has been this way for 10 years…BUT, this is the SWEETEST cat I have ever loved (I’ve had cats in my life for 60 years). He would love to have another playful cat to play with… he loves to play. My other cat has never wanted to bond with him & I have no idea why since I brought them home the same day. I would love to find a loving home & who can afford diabetes medicine because this cat has such a beautiful soul… so gentle & loving!!!!
