Meet Zola 🐾
Turn up your volume, our purring machine is in the house!!
Zola is a very sweet momma cat with a heart of gold. She gave birth to three kittens of her own and then welcomed a fourth baby who wasn’t hers — a tiny kitten found with the umbilical cord still attached. Zola didn’t hesitate to nurse and care for all four babies, proving what an incredibly gentle and devoted mom she is.
At approximately 1.5–2 years old and around 8 lbs, Zola is a lovely, chill girl who enjoys the simple things in life: pets from her humans, relaxing, and keeping an eye on everything from her favourite high-up perch.
Zola definitely knows she is queen of the castle! 👑 She loves climbing cat trees and finding the perfect spot to survey her kingdom. She can be a little shy when she first arrives somewhere new, but it doesn’t take her long to settle in and announce that she has arrived to claim her throne.
And then there’s food… Zola is very food motivated — and she wants to be first to the bowl and the very last one to leave! 😂 She hasn’t quite mastered the art of sharing when treats or food are involved, so any cat siblings will need to give her a little space around mealtimes and separate bowls are best option.
Zola has also been introduced to dogs and has absolutely no problem with them. She’s an independent girl who is perfectly happy doing her own thing and hanging out nearby. She enjoys human affection without needing constant attention and is wonderfully low maintenance.
If you’re looking for a relaxed, gentle companion who loves a good pat, enjoys lounging in high places, and has just the right amount of queenly attitude, Zola is your girl. 💕
Zola is spayed, tested negative for FIV/FLV, current on age-appropriate vaccinations, current on flea/tick and heart worm prevention, microchipped, and current on de-wormer.

This animal is currently located in Texas, but we do NOT adopt animals in Texas due to the hundreds of animals being euthanized here daily. We ONLY do adopt in Central US and the East Coast.
The adoption fee listed INCLUDES transport from Texas to the Northeast.

We have happily adopted hundreds of animals this way (long distance), and we do our best to make sure the animal you are applying for is best fit for your home. With an approved application, we do put you in touch with the Texas foster who has the kitty for you to make sure the kitty is the perfect fit.
