Story
The owner of these two lovely cats has passed away and we need to find them a permanent home. They are each only one-year old and were brought home together as kittens, so they are definitely bonded and play very well together. They are not from the same litter. All up-to-date with shots, they recently had their nails trimmed. Cat litter and tray, a bag of food, and both food & water bowl comes with them at no charge. They are very sweet and love being petted. Very pretty cats. Please email or text me. We need to rehome as soon as possible. Thank you, Alice

Story
We live on farm land so all our cats were rescued from outside when they were kittens. They have been strictly inside cats since. Callie is 12 years old. She is a lovable, sweet cat. She also has extra toes like her brother Little O and sister Mittens. Looking for someone who can give her the love and attention she deserves. Over the past 8 years we adopted 4 children all half siblings so our cats haven’t been given the same attention they desire.

Story
Birthday: July 7. 2024 We have the mother-manager of the Taylor Swift Poetry crew here to show you what it's all about! Poet was wandering the streets of Harrisburg when a good Samaritan discovered her. She was trapped and brought to the vet for an examination.  Much to everyone's surprise, Poet was nursing! Rescue efforts quickly went underway to find her kittens.  After days of grueling efforts, Poet's kittens were found in an abandoned home.  They were promptly rescued and reunited with their mother. From there, they made their way to LCCR, where they are all eagerly awaiting for their forever family! Poet is just as excited to meet her potential human! There's something about Poet that's just charming. Is it her sleek, panther-like form? Her gleaming, beautiful fur? That glint in her eyes that makes you wonder what's going on in that silly little head? Whatever it is, it's absolutely magnetic! Personally, we think it's her personality! She's an outgoing girl with a knack for social bonding! She loves people almost as much as she loves her Churus! It's a trait she has passed on to her children along with her sweet demeanor.  She's a 10 out of 10 in our books, and you would be lucky to have this radiant little lady in your family! Her adoption donation is $115 and includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip, and spay. If you would like more information on Poet, please contact lovingcarecatrescue@gmail.com. If you would like to fill out an online application, please visit https://lovingcarecatrescue.org/adopt/adoption-application/  Please note:  LCCR does not allow our adopted cats and kittens to be declawed.  All adopted kitties are to be kept as indoor-only pets.If you are interested in adopting this kitty, please fill out the online application at https://alovingcarecatrescue.org/adoptionapplication.html August 22, 2025, 12:02 pm

Story
Birthday: March 19, 2025   Dragonfly was in dire need of medical attention when she was discovered. She was caught during a TNR mission and taken straight to the vet for an evaluation.  Her eyes were severely infected, and she suffered from an upper respiratory infection.  Thankfully, after antibiotics were administered to her, she's fully recovered and much happier for it!  However, one eye was damaged to the point where she has limited vision.  However, that doesn't stop her from living life to the fullest!    As you can imagine, Dragonfly is a bit shy and skittish, but she has improved since her foster began to work with her. After she learned that she gets treats after taking her eye medicine, she gladly accepts pets from her foster.  It may take some time for her to fully trust humans, but she's on the right track! As long as her new family understands of her nervous behavior, she'll grow more attached to them. She doesn't like being held and is getting more used to being petted. In fact sometimes she rolls for belly rubs.    Dragonfly does have some spunk in her too, surprisingly! She loves to play with her other feline buddies, especially Beetle and Butterfly!  It is best that she has another kitty friend either to go home with her or one at home that can take her under their paw and show her the new home and life. She covets toys like they are the holy grail! The only thing better than toys is food! She can't get enough of her canned meals, and it can make for a great bribe to ger her used to petting while she eats!   Dragonfly's adoption donation is $135 which includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip, and spay.  If you would like more information on Dragonfly, please contact Kim at lovingcarecatrescue@gmail.com. Yarrow was rescued along with his siblings Amaranth and Clover when their mother Dandelion came into the rescue. Friendly and handsome, Yarrow loves being held and showered with affection. While he’s a bit more independent than his siblings, he still enjoys plenty of playtime and snuggles with them. His outgoing nature makes him a great fit for families with children and he would likely get along well with dogs too! Yarrow’s blend of charm and confidence makes him a wonderful companion ready to bring joy to his forever home. Yarrow's adoption donation is $135 and includes his age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip and neuter.
