Calico kittens & cats in Carlisle, Pennsylvania

The owner of these two lovely cats has passed away and we need to find them a permanent home. They are each only one-year old and were brought home together as kittens, so they are definitely bonded and play very well together. They are not from the same litter. All up-to-date with shots, they recently had their nails trimmed. Cat litter and tray, a bag of food, and both food & water bowl comes with them at no charge. She gets along with most cats and plays from time to time. She was already spayed when found and is now current on her vaccines and has tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV. Her age is unknown, but, based on the condition of her teeth, she may be an older adult. References and a small adoption donation are required. Maggie is a sweet little lady who is about 3 years old. She is a kitten at heart, loves to chase balls, mice and other toys. She likes head scratches and attention. She would probably be best in a home without other cats, although she has spent the last two years with her off spring (Cinders & Molly). She will take a little bit of patience in a new home as the change will confuse her in the beginning. I think she could be a lap cat after she feels comfortable and settles in. She was an indoor cat only, is fixed and has her rabies shot. I love Churro treats!

Well Dutchess is now officially Creature Connections rescue kitty. She was found 15 days ago in the last snow storm begging to get into an apartment building. She was taken to the vet and WAS CHIPPED when contacting the family we were told they were in New York for a family emergency and to put her back outside they would find her when they got back. Once telling the owner I would not do that I explained she had 7 days to claim her but understanding she was in a "family emergency" I'd hold the cat for FOURTEEN DAYS TO GIVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT. Well today is day 16 with no updates or any further contact with the original owner she has not bothered to check in on her cat once in 16 days. We had her vetted she is spayed, up to date on vaccines, tested negative for FIV FELV and heartworm plus she had revolution applied for parasites and fleas. As of today she's looking for a family who she can call FOREVER not just forever until a family emergency arises. She is a gorgeous calico with the sweetest personality. She is estimated to be under 3 years old and loves to play and carry on with the other fosters kitties.

My Dad is now in his old age. He has owned this cat for 6 years. Unfortunately, after a series of surgeries and health issues he had to leave everything behind and move in with me, his daughter, as his caretaker. My son is asthmatic and extremely allergic to cats. I am unable to keep the cat in my home. She is a kind, sweet, shy, yet loving cat. I would love to have her here, but I cannot put my son in danger of having asthma attacks. He is only 4 years old and his asthma is severe. The cat is staying at my sister's in New Jersey and she is giving my dad a week to rehome this cat before she lets it loose in the beginning of the winter season which is extremely cruel and my Dad is terrified. This cat desperately needs a home. As you can see in the picture she is great with my sister's dog and her kids. Baby is a very shy cat but once she warms up you will love the loyalty and companionship she provides.

We have had Trixie since she was a kitten. She is very loving and likes to lay on your chest and purrr the night away. We recently had a baby and it appears they are developing an allergy to our cats. She has a "roommate" Fiona who is also very loving though a bit more shy until she gets to know you.

Romeo would probably do best as the only pet, but he might be ok with a cat or dog if they let him be in charge. Romeo is 10, neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. He also tested positive for feline AIDS (FIV) but has not been sick or shown any symptoms. Romeo is available for private adoption. Paisley is a wonderful young girl looking for a loving and lasting forever home. She was adopted previously but then found as a stray. Her adoptive owner did not care for her or want her back when she was found. While out on her own, we believe that Paisley had a run in with another stray cat with feline AIDS (feline FIV). When Paisley came back into our care, she tested positive for FIV. Paisley is approximately 2 years old with a petite frame. In fact, her rescuer thought she might be a kitten but the vet estimated her age as 2 years old. Paisley is very sweet with a friendly demeanor and is very affectionate and talkative. She likes to “head bump” a lot and rub up against your legs. She enjoys being petted and purrs when she eats. She also kneads frequently when you love on her. Please don’t let Paisley’s FIV status deter you. Cats with FIV can live normal, health lives just like other cats. Paisley is currently doing great now that she is in a caring foster home. She should not be in a home with other non-FIV cats but can be with other cats with FIV. Paisley wants nothing more than to be loved and have a good home. We know the home that Paisley finds will be just as grateful to have her as Paisley will be to live there. Approx DOB: July 2025 Levi is a fabulous little orange guy who was the brave runt of his litter which led to him being the only kitten from that litter to come into foster care. He came in just a few weeks before his buddy Griffon and they are definitely brothers from another mother. Because of this, they must be adopted together. They perfectly complement each other. So much so, they have affectionately earned the names Thing 1 and Thing 2, and Pinky and the Brain by their foster mom. In a home of many other cats and kittens, they are very good at knowing who wants to play and who doesn’t. They are very respectful of the adults and just adore all the other kittens. Levi prefers to ride around on your shoulder to being held but at night he and his BFF will snuggle up together on your chest for a long night’s slumber. He loves springs, lasers and rough housing with his buddies! These two little boys really are the perfect pair and are so looking forward to being able to grow up together.
