Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi, I am Sundae. I was found by a good Samaritan when I was outside. I came into the rescue extremely pregnant and was so thankful to have a safe place to deliver my kittens. I had a litter of 5! You can imagine how pregnant I was with 5 babies. The whole time I was in quarantine at the rescue I was the sweetest, most loving cat you could ever imagine. I was also a fantastic Mama, but now it is my time to shine and find my own furever home.  I have never exposed to other cats or dogs, but I am a very mild-mannered cat. I like to get pets from my humans, I like to snuggle and I am a fantastic companion. I am a little chatty when I have something to say, also. I am your typical calico cat! I am spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. I do have FIV, but don't let that scare you. I am not an aggressive cat, and FIV is something that can be very easily managed. I do not have any symptoms that require medication. If you are interested in me, please apply at www.castawaycritters.org. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 8, 2026, 11:27 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi, I am Princess. I was found after my owner had passed away and a member of EMS took me straight to Castaway Critters. I will admit, I was sad - but I am so thankful I was not left behind or left outside. I was an only cat, but I have transitioned beautifully into my foster home. I am dog and other at friendly. I also am a big fan of kids.  I am all about that relax life. I like to lounge, eat and sleep. Spending my days in the window make me happy. I love to lay in the sun. I am looking for a furever home to just spend my days low and slow in. I am affectionate but am content being by myself also. I would be fine as an only cat, or an addition to your cat pack! I am FIV/FELV negative, microchipped, up to date on vaccines and spayed. If you think I could be your furever companion, please apply for me at www.castawaycritters.org Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 8, 2026, 11:27 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Lexie is a beautiful 2-year-old dilute calico with a gentle soul and a heart that just needs a little patience. After being returned simply for not being “playful enough,” she’s understandably cautious when meeting new people — but give her a little time, and she warms up quickly into a sweet, loving companion. Her favorite place to nap is tucked away in her cozy cave bed on top of the catio, where she can keep an eye on the birds and squirrels outside the window. Lexie enjoys laser lights, catnip scratchers, and especially wet food with extra gravy. And if you bring out the Churu treats, prepare to fall in love — she’ll happily roll right over for them every time. Lexie is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, negative for FIV/FeLV, microchipped, and litter trained. Lexie may not be the life-of-the-party type, but she’s the kind of cat who makes a house feel peaceful, warm, and loved. She’s looking for someone who will appreciate her quiet charm and give her the forever home she deserves. If you are interested in adoption, you can fill out an application directly on Castaway Critters website here: https://www.castawaycritters.org/apply-to-adopt Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 8, 2026, 11:27 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please contact Jessica (jesswalton.jw@gmail.com) for more information about this pet.Hi, I am Pebbles! I was surrendered to Castaway Critters after my Mom passed away. I was surrendered with 4 of my roomies - we were living in a bit of a hoarding situation. I am friendly with other cats and dogs. I would prefer they not be too in my space, but I can definitely co-habitat. I also like children! I love to eat my dry food, and enjoy wet food every now and then. I use my litter box like a champ, also! The wand toy is my favorite! Sometimes, if you get my attention and talk to me - I will chirp back to you! I like to get lots of pets and love, I will headbutt you like a baby goat! I am spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and FIV/FELV negative!  If you are interested in me, please apply at www.castawaycritters.org.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 8, 2026, 11:27 am

Story
Repunzle was one of my cats kittens, given to a family member where she didn’t do good at. Repunzle is a young momma, a little over a year old, and she has a 5 week old baby. Unfortunately where Repunzle and her baby were living, she was abused by the children, resulting in Repunzle hurting the kids, and then the parents hurting the cat, because she hurt the kids (after the kids hurt her) Repunzle is a beautiful soft loving gentle (when she gets to know you) girl, and her sweet baby, is SO playful. I pray they get to a GOOD & safe home.. if you’re interested please get in contact! She has no shots, but she does have trust issues because of the abuse she has been put through. There is no cost of this cat, just praying she gets into the arms of someone who will TRULY take care of her & love her the way she is supposed to be loved.

Needs special attention, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Paisley is a wonderful young girl looking for a loving and lasting forever home. She was adopted previously but then found as a stray. Her adoptive owner did not care for her or want her back when she was found. While out on her own, we believe that Paisley had a run in with another stray cat with feline AIDS (feline FIV). When Paisley came back into our care, she tested positive for FIV. Paisley is approximately 2 years old with a petite frame. In fact, her rescuer thought she might be a kitten but the vet estimated her age as 2 years old. Paisley is very sweet with a friendly demeanor and is very affectionate and talkative. She likes to “head bump” a lot and rub up against your legs. She enjoys being petted and purrs when she eats. She also kneads frequently when you love on her. Please don’t let Paisley’s FIV status deter you. Cats with FIV can live normal, health lives just like other cats. Paisley is currently doing great now that she is in a caring foster home. She should not be in a home with other non-FIV cats but can be with other cats with FIV. Paisley wants nothing more than to be loved and have a good home. We know the home that Paisley finds will be just as grateful to have her as Paisley will be to live there. All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, treated with flea preventative, microchipped, and spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Adoption application, phone interview, home visit, and adoption fee required (+ PA Sales tax). Adoption fees are: Baby (Kittens up to 1 year) = $125 Young & Adult (1-7 years) = $100 Seniors (8+ years) = $80 Please also read our Core Values prior to applying, www.furryfriendsnetwork.com/adopt/our-expectations. If you are interested in adopting a cat(s), we ask that you complete an on-line adoption application to get the process started. You will receive a welcome email once your application has been assigned to a volunteer processor (this should be within 72 hours of submitting an application). Story
Courtesy Post Location: Enola, PA Approx DOB: 2015 Looking for a new best friend? Romeo might be your man! Romeo is very affectionate, has lots of personality, and of course, he’s very photogenic! He enjoys spending hours cuddled up with his foster mom, getting scratches under the chin, and gazing into your eyes when you talk to him. Romeo would probably do best as the only pet, but he might be ok with a cat or dog if they let him be in charge. Romeo is 10, neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. He also tested positive for feline AIDS (FIV) but has not been sick or shown any symptoms. Romeo is available for private adoption. Personal references, vet reference, and approval from landlord if you’re a renter, will be required. Romeo is a cat who will try to get outside, if possible… so he needs a secure home who is committed to continuing an indoor-only life for him. For additional information or to discuss adoption, please contact Gayle Kohr at 717-574-2664, gckohr@comcast.net, or send a message to Gayle Kohr on FB Messenger.
