Meet Peta Peta is a sweet girl who is looking for a new hone. Her beloved owner had to move into a nursing home, and Peta has been understandably very sad. She is a gentle, affectionate girl who enjoys being petted and spending time with the volunteers. Peta is estimated 8-10 years old and has been vaccinated, tested for leukemia/fiv, and microchipped. Mama Tao is a gorgeous and petite dilute calico female. She was found as a pregnant stray on the streets of Nashville, but acts like she’s been indoors her whole life. She enjoys looking out the window, scratching her cardboard scratching post, and lounging near people in gorgeous poses. Mama Tao is estimated to be 1-2 years old and still loves being picked up and carried around like a baby. She hasn’t figured out playing yet, though. She is litter trained and gets along with other cats and kids; she tolerates our dogs, but isn’t the biggest fan. If she joins a family with cats, she will tend towards being dominant. The last time I went to the veterinary with Teo he was put on a diet. He was 22 pounds and they want to see him go down to 13, I haven't weighed him recently because it's difficult to pick him up. He's always been a big boy since we've gotten him. He's currently only getting wet food. He has some arthritis and doesn't want to be picked up, he doesn't jump on anything higher than a bed or couch. He doesn't want certain areas of his body touched, he'll set boundaries by swiping or attempting to bite (he only has one tooth). I wouldn't trust him around children. I don't know if he's good around dogs. He was fostered with another cat but he's an only cat in our house. He doesn't want his paws touched and is difficult with having his nails clipped. He loves to sit on my lap, but not everyone's. He's really good at showing you if he's close to having enough/gets overstimulated. Needs low step in litterbox. Has skin irritation on neck due to suspected allergies.

Meet Comet! This adorable little male tabby was born on August 17, 2026, and has been stealing our hearts ever since! His story began when is very pregnant mama came to us about a week and a half before giving birth. We've had the privilege of caring for her and her four kittens ever since. Comet is everything you'd expect from a happy, playful kitten, with a little extra personality thrown in! He's curious, energetic, mischievous, and always on cuteness overload. His daily routine is pretty simple: Eat, Play, Nap, Repeat! Some of his favorite activities include launching surprise attacks on his siblings, pouncing on unsuspecting leaves, exploring his surroundings, and curling up for a well-deserved nap in the sunshine. Comet currently lives outdoors on our deck with his mama and siblings, where he's learning all of the important lessons of kitten life. Thanks to his wonderful mama, he's ready to graduate from 'kitty school' with flying colors and begin his next big adventure!
