Meet these 3 sweet sisters!    Talk about kittens that love to play but also enjoy our time leisurely lounging around cat trees. Some of our favorite toys are toy mice and balls, cat tunnels, wand toys, and don't forget the laser pointer. We love all the kitty treats, push up treats, brushing, and catnip our foster gives us. We really are love bugs. We really want to be adopted with one of our siblings.  We are too cute and quickly warm up with food, play and lots of pets and love.  Playing cat fishing online cat games is fun times for us too. Say hello to our beautiful Calico Cutie, Momma Mona.  One of the more darkly marked Calico girls that was found months ago running in a neighborhood street and nearby she had some very young kittens that she was nursing.  We were able to scoop up all the kittens and this beautiful momma and take them inside to be safely raised.  Now she is done with her motherly duties and is ready for her very own forever home. At first Mona was so frightened but soon she learned that the love and kindness of living inside with humans was pretty wonderful.  She is a sweet girl and her favorite past time is eating.  She is about a year and 1/2 old and has been spayed with up to date shots, a negative FIV test and microchipped.  She is ready to go and could join a new family anytime!  Just email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com for an adoption form to be sent to you.July 26, 2024, 2:09 pm

Meet Thumbelina. She and her sister were abandoned by their previous owner in April.  Her current foster dad lived near by and took them in.  Thumbelina's sister has been adopted into a wonderful loving home.  Thumbelina was pregnant and he broought her in and took care of her during her pregnancy. Since then she has had 8 kittens and they have all been adopted.  Mow it is Thumbelina's turn.  She was previously an indoor cat.  Unofrtunatley she is now living in the garage as an indoor/outdoor cat.   He foster dad currently has an indoor cat who is 12 years old who does not like other cats or dogs.  For this reason Thumbles is not able to be a true indoor cat. Meet sweet Rosie 💕 Rosie is an absolute doll who is quickly becoming a volunteer favorite. She is so incredibly gentle and sweet. She looks at you with her great big eyes and give a tiny little meow for attention. Once volunteers start petting her they have a very hard time leaving as she guilts you again with those great big eyes. Rosie came to our shelter as a stray in very rough condition. She was incredibly matted, and had ear, skin, and urinary infections. We aren’t sure if her condition was from living outside or poor care while inside a home. Rosie was recently had surgery for a bladder stone and will need to stay on a prescription diet to ward off any further stones. We believe Rosie to be a munchkin mix as she has very short widdle legs Rosie needs a nice quiet home where she can enjoy an amazing and loved life she so deserves. She would do best in a home where she can have a short walk to her necessities as her widdle legs have developed arthritis. Rosie is estimated in her senior years and has been spayed, vaccinated, tested negative for felv/fiv, and microchipped. This beautiful, longhair kitty now spends a great deal of her time inside the foster building, rather than hiding outside in a dog house in the enclosed yard. She is right there inside at mealtime waiting to be served and allows her foster Mom to get much closer to her than ever before. She is not pettable and may never be, but is much more comfortable now within a reasonable proximity to people. Gingersnap came to us with a very common and heartbreaking sad situation as a stray that landed in a kill shelter in Tennessee.   This beautiful girl was so terrified and despite that the shelter staff knew she  had a sweet spirit about her.   The shelter could have adopted her out because she is FIV positive.  Her way out alive was if she was to leave  with a reputable rescue that knew how to place cats like her.  She is very healthy and we have learned so much about cats living long and wonderful lives even with the FIV diagnosis.  She does not care for other cats and that is fine she cannot be around cats unless they are also FIV positive.   I'm sure she could adjust with another cat but she tends to just run away from them and she hisses and growls at dogs.  She would be a wonderful cat for a quiet home with a retired couple or empty nesters who have had all the young children fly the nest.  We do suggest a quiet home with no dogs  she loves to sleep in her little Kitty bed and enjoys a simple existence where she can receive human love and attention.   If you are interested in this sweet girl please email us at ccrtennessee@gmail.com   July 26, 2024, 2:09 pm

Gaston here!!  My foster mom calls me Jupiter...she says 'I'm outta this world'!!!  I love to play, cuddle, run, eat, and sleep!!  If you are too busy to play with me, that's ok..I can amuse myself!!  If you just wanna cuddle, just ask..I'm up for that too!  I am around 11 months old, but I am really smart for my age!!  I would love to find a family to teach everything i need to know!!!
