Meet Myla, an extremely chill three-year old domestic short-hair Calico. Myla is a sweet and loving cat who seeks to be anywhere her people are. She loves cuddling on the couch to watch tv or read, and will happily warm your bed at night! Myla is good with other cats, and is learning to love dogs. Her foster home has four big dogs. While she is adjusting to life with canines, she does enjoy her gated-off area at times. Myla is an enthusiastic eater–perhaps a bit too enthusiastic as she weighs 17 pounds. She would do best in a home where she can get some exercise and a more limited food intake. Myla is microchipped, vaccinated, fiv/felv test, spayed, and ready for fitness camp! This is Swifty, she was born 4/15/2018 and I got her when she was only 6 weeks old! She is very loved and has been treated like one of our family for over 5 years. She loves to play with tiny nerf balls and to snuggle on her human with a fluffy blanket! She has been raised around kids and a small dog that doesn't really acknowledge her. She likes going outside with supervision she won't really go by herself and does get along with other cats. The only reason we need to re-home her is because we just learned my 9 month old is severely allergic and I could not be more devastated! This decision has not been made lightly and I wish this wasn't the case. She comes with litter boxes(they go inside furniture lookalike boxes that are included)cat house/tree, food bowls, food, litter...pretty much everything you would ever need. I only ask the rehoming fee to ensure she goes to right people.

Our cat Luna is a couple months old, absolutely the sweetest cat alive. We can no longer have animals due to our lease. She’s amazing with dogs and other animals, loves toys and cuddling, and she’s very well trained. we’re very sad to have to get rid of her but we are hoping to find her a better living situation that she deserves.

Hello applicants!  Meet our adorable Angelina.  This sweet girl is just perfect!  She loves all humans, cats and gets along with dogs too.  Angelina like many other Spring Branch Rescue intakes was found on the streets of Houston.  Probably dumped or got away from her home.  When we took her in she had a litter of kittens with her.  We have been able to find homes for all except this amazing girl.  She is fully housebroken and extremely obedient.  She will do great in any living situation.  Her transition from our foster home to yours should be a very easy one.  Our dear Angelina is FIV positive.  You take a chance when rescuing a cat that they will be FIV positive.  Back in the days it was a death sentence for them as many were not educated enough on this.  THERE is nothing bad about FIV.  WE love our FIV intakes!  They live long happy lives.  They will require a little more attention to upper respiratory issues.  Kinda like someone who has allergies.  You will need to stablish a relationship with a vet and keep up with all your yearly shots as expected.  FIV cats can live with other FIV cats and Dogs.  Unfortunately, cats that have FIV cannot live with those that do not have it.  Some adopters have adopted in the past and kept up with yearly shots for their health cats.  That's up to you as an adopter.  We have to let you know what we were told by our vet.  We have found homes for so many!!!  Absolutely NOTHING bad with their adoptions.  Lived long happy lives.  Why should you adopt from a Texas Rescue? Because you will be giving one of our many dogs and cats in need a chance for a better future from a city that has an animal crisis.  We are heartbroken each day with the many incredible and loving animals found wondering our streets.  So many have been dumped and cannot find their way home.  Many never even had a home and were born on the streets.  WE gave them a chance.  Every animal deserves a chance. We know if adopted by you they will be loved and cared for . We believe in our local and out of state applicants.  There is a reason we drive to the Pacific Northwest every 2 weeks.  You are worth the drive. Lucy is three years old and loves to cuddle. She’s pretty timid with new people but once she warms up to you, you’ll always have a lap warmer. She loves to go outside and sit in the sun!

Like all sidekicks, I`m just plain good company. I like attention, and I also like my solitude. I don`t go looking for trouble but I`m no scaredy-cat, either. If you are looking for a steady companion to travel with you on the road of life, look no further.

Do you have a rodent problem on your property? I have a solution! I`m a barn cat, I prefer a job where I can have some of that fresh mountain air so abundant here in Utah. I cannot be handled, but I`d love stay warm in your barn, and love you from a distance.
