Calico kittens & cats in Rocky Mount, Virginia

I found Lucy when she was just a few weeks old. She was very small, and the neighbors dog had cornered her into one of the bushes off my back porch. After the dog when back home with his owner, I lured Lucy out from the bush. She had at that point become separated from her mother and other kittens in her litter, I was afraid to leave her outside by herself so I brought her inside. That was 5 years ago. She is very independent, but loves a good snuggle. She sleeps with me, either by my head next to my pillow or at my feet depending on her mood. She loves watching Tv. When you turn the tv on she will make little "chirping" noises. She will be at my ankles while I walk. Other times she will snuggle on the couch or under it lol. She loves being rubbed on her head and side of her face. Bonus points if you rub a knuckle in her ear. She loves that. When you hit a good "spot" on her she will thump one of her back feet, like "Thumper" from Bambi. She also loves laser pointers, and scratch mats.

Pam is a 3 year old spayed + chipped female. She needs hernia repair surgery and has some minor skin issues. She is the perfect cuddly companion and has lived with kids, dogs and other cats. She would need to go to a home with another animal to thrive. Had rabies vaccine 9/2026.

Cali is a super sweet lady with the softest fur! She loves to explore and will always be excited to meet you when you come home! She's big on purring and loves to sit on your lap after a snack! She's playful and adventurous and will be the best companion! She has met other cats and dogs in her current foster home and is curious but a little wary with the dogs - with a little time she's warm right up!

Britney Spears came to us carrying the weight of the world on her shoulders; and four tiny newborn kittens depending on her for survival. She was terrified, defensive, and difficult to handle at first, but never because she was mean. Britney was simply doing what any devoted mother would do after surviving life on the streets: protecting her babies with everything she had. She’s discovering soft beds, gentle affection, quiet routines, and the simple comfort of knowing where her next meal will come from. Britney Spears has spent so much of her life surviving. Now she deserves a home where she can finally rest, relax, and be cared for the way she’s always deserved.
