You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Found as a community cat by a resident, Eleanor is now a beloved fostered cat with that same resident, who is unable to add yet one more cat to her permanent living arrangements.  Here is what her caregiver says about Eleanor: " "Eleanor had emergency surgery at the South Central Spay/Neuter Clinic, due to infection of her uterus. In addition, she was given an eartip, rabies shot and a  distemper shot while she was there.   She is socialized, litterbox trained, and too gentle to live outside! She is good natured and very pretty."  Her caregiver would love to find a family who is willing to allow Eleanor to be an indoor cat.   Text her at  917-370-5421. She was adopted from a local shelter as a kitten Nov 11, 2019. She’s an Indoor/outdoor cat. She received an updated rabies shot last week and went to vet, she has no known medical issues. She’s loving, gets a long with other cats, raised with dogs, and is okay with kids and gets along with our toddler and is super patient with him, however she may thrive more in a home where she’s the only cat and or without children or a quieter home. We moved into a rental home 8 months ago and up until very recently things have been going well except she recently has started to not use the litter box and due to us now renting we can’t have this issue. We have tried everything. Before we moved she was allowed to go in and out as she pleased however that is not an option at this house. Please, we are trying to find her a loving home. As we do love her very much and hate to have to do this but we must.
