Story
Twoey is a resilient girl who has already overcome so much in her young life. She was found with severe injuries and required surgery to repair her leg, followed by a long healing period at our spay and neuter clinic. After months of care and recovery, Twoey is now healed and ready for a home of her own.Because of everything she has been through, Twoey has not been well socialized and is still learning to feel safe around people. She will need a patient, understanding home that allows her to be independent and adjust at her own pace. She may never be a cat that enjoys a lot of handling, and that’s okay—she’s looking for someone who can respect her boundaries and love her for who she is.Twoey would do best in a calm, low-stress environment with an adopter who values giving her space, time, and consistency. With compassion and patience, she has the potential to form a quiet, meaningful bond on her own terms. This pet is available for adoption at the Yakima Humane Society adoption center.
