Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through. We celebrated our 7 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 16,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.facebook.com/ThreeLittlePittiesRescueSavingKitties/ https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue/ *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $74 surcharge for transport. Story
Ophelia (also called Kitty cat) is approximately 5 months old, we adopted her from a neighbor that had an unexpected litter. She is a sweet and friendly kitten who loves to play and needs a lot of attention. She’s comfortable around toddlers and dogs, we haven’t experienced her being around other cats. She hasn’t had her shots yet but she is fully potty trained and was dewormed.

Story
Hello, Thank you for wanting more information on me.  I am still very new and my foster family is getting to know me, but they would be happy to answer any question you might have about me. If think you are the perfect family home for me, my friends would love to hear from you. Please contact them now at www.handsnpaws@outlook.com.  Each of our animals are microchipped, up to date on their vaccines, dewormed, and flea treated.  If it is age appropriate, they are spayed or neutered and given their rabies.  Unless it is otherwise noted in their medical history, our cats are not FELV/FIV tested.  This may be done at the request of an adopter and at their expense.  The adoption fee of each of our animals is listed underneath their pictures on their biography page.   Our animals are located in a foster home, our shelter or Petsmart in Downtown Bellevue. Our adoptions are done on a first come first service basis unless a hold is placed on the pet(s).  The hold is for up to 7 days and may be done when the Adoption Contract is submitted.  You may place a hold by paying the Hold Fee of $25 per pet.  The Hold Fee of $25 is Non-Refundable and will be in addition to the Adoption Fee.  You may instead pay the full Adoption Fee which will also hold the pet(s).  After 7 days, if the pet(s) have not been picked up, any fees paid will be forfeited and will be considered a donation to Hands 'N Paws Animal Assistance.  ##2426244##
