Meet Mary Ann and Ginger, an adorable bonded pair of medium-sized rescue dogs who are searching for their forever home. These super cute girls have spent their entire lives on their own until they were recently rescued. Despite their rough beginnings, Mary Ann and Ginger are incredibly sweet and are now learning to enjoy the comforts of a loving home. Both Mary Ann and Ginger get along wonderfully with other dogs, though they haven't had the chance to meet any cats yet. They need a patient adopter who will give them the time and space they need to adjust to their new surroundings and discover the joys of being cherished pets. Ginger, who bravely underwent heartworm treatment, is now healthy and heartworm negative. Both dogs are fully vetted, spayed, microchipped, and on preventatives. They even tolerate baths and absolutely love being petted. Currently, Mary Ann and Ginger are being fostered in Seguin, TX, where they are receiving the care and love they deserve. If you have a kind heart and a gentle hand, these two sweethearts will surely reward you with endless affection and loyalty. At 4–5 years old and 50 pounds, she's the perfect combination of playful energy and devoted companionship. While Nala enjoys playing hard, chasing toys, and exploring outdoors, she also appreciates having a safe place to relax and recharge. She's happiest when she has an active family that will include her in everyday adventures. Because of her past, Nala is cautious when meeting new people and needs a patient adopter who understands that trust takes time. She isn't the kind of dog who instantly loves everyone she meets. Nala gets along well with other dogs when introductions are done properly, but she does have some resource guarding with food and toys around other dogs.
