Meet Zo (#32676) 💕 Zo is a beautiful, gentle girl who came to our shelter due to her previous owner no longer being able to afford her care. Through no fault of her own, Zo is now looking for a loving family where she can feel safe, secure, and cherished. Her previous owner shared that Zo loves cozy dog beds and toys, knows her basic commands, and walks nicely on leash—especially when using a harness. She enjoys digging, loves the water and swimming, and does great for baths. Zo also truly enjoys being brushed and pampered. Here at the shelter, our staff have noticed that Zo is a very sweet girl who is still a bit unsure in the shelter environment. She can be a little shaky and nervous at first, but it’s easy to see what a good girl she is. She’s gentle, responsive on leash, and absolutely loves affection and attention once she starts to feel comfortable. Zo would make a wonderful, loving family dog for someone willing to give her a little time to settle in and show her that she’s safe. With patience, love, and a calm home, this sweet girl is sure to blossom into an amazing companion. 🐾💗

Story
I got Kyoshi at the shelter November 2024, she is a loving and fun dog. She gets along with other dogs, loves tug-o-war, and loves going on walks. Shes very active and needs someone who is also active. We go on a 2.5 mile walk with a mile run almost every day. She's estimated to be about 5 years old but she is still very young and playful at heart. She's extremely smart so she needs someone who knows how to give her boundaries and not let her walk over you. Due to a personal situation, I can no longer keep her. I want someone who will really want to take care of her and love on her, she loves belly rubs and being affectionate.
