Story
If you’re looking for a hilarious and playful addition to your family then I’m your girl! I love toys and running around in the yard! I’m an absolute cuddlebug with a goofy personality to keep you on your toes. I talk back to you sometimes, but I promise it’s adorable! I’m very vocal ! I am obsessed with my foster brothers and sisters and don’t like being away from them, so I definitely want a fur sibling playmate. I am crate-trained, but do not love it unless my foster siblings are close by to keep me company! I am such a smart girl and go to the back door to let my foster mama know I need to potty! I have long lanky legs that I haven’t fully grown into yet, so I’m funny to watch flop around while I play! ***PLEASE NOTE*** This pup has not yet been altered and requires an extra $100 spay/neuter deposit. JCAPL will pay for the procedure at a partner clinic and once completed, the deposit will be refunded to the adopter. However, a non-local adopter is required to pay for the spay/neuter at their own veterinarian by a specific date. After proof of the procedure is provided, $50 of the adoption fee will be refunded with the deposit. *** Are you interested in adopting this dog or another JCAPL pet you have seen? You'll need to start by completing an adoption application, available online at our website: www.jcapl.org. There is no obligation to adopt by completing an application, however, we do recommend submitting an application as soon as you find an animal you are interested in. We review applications in the order they are received. Completed applications can be submitted online, or sent via email to adopt@jcapl.org, or faxed to 919-300-5524. We will contact you as soon as possible once we receive your application. *** Thanks for thinking adoption! ***

Story
I am posting on behalf of my son. As you can read below he is active duty military and has found himself in a situation where he just doesn’t have the time to devote to his beloved Judge. He also is in class 12 hours a day and cannot manage the posts so I am doing that on his behalf. I have kept judge for periods of time and adore this dog as much as Dylan does. The few things I would add to what he has to say are these— he has done well around cats and chickens. — I have a 10 year old son that adores him and he does amazing with him but I would not recommend he be in a home with small children. — we had an elderly dog that has since passed but he was good with her. Please reach out only if you are serious and have the time Dylan is lacking to love this dog the way he deserves. Dylan lives in North Carolina and will meet any prospective parents and see if it is a good fit, those meetings would have to be on weekends. We would prefer someone with the time, the space and the love
