Story
Octavia has been my baby since she was 4 months old, where I got her from a reputable breeder in Colorado. She just turned 2 years old and weighs just under a hundred pounds. I am looking for a new home for her where she can be a spoiled only child like she always has been since puppyhood. She needs lots of affection and baby talk and adventures to go on. She is a medium-energy girl, and enjoys getting a few good runs in at the dog park but most importantly getting attention from people. She needs a home she can roam freely in (no containment) and a nice, big backyard to play in. She can be a rascal and has lots of attitude in all the right ways, she needs a calm pet parent who can be kind and caring at all times. She has doggie anxiety and allergies that are her only medical concerns.

Story
Prince is extremely sweet, affectionate, and loyal. He enjoys companionship and playtime. He has a wonderful personality and has brought so much joy to my life. Because of changes in my ability to provide the physical and financial care he needs, I have made the difficult decision to find him a new home rather than risk not being able to give him the quality of life he deserves. My ideal home would be with someone who is committed to caring for him long-term, providing a safe environment, regular veterinary care, proper nutrition, exercise, and plenty of love and attention. I would especially appreciate a family who understands that rehoming can be a big adjustment and is willing to give him patience and time to settle in. My biggest priority is knowing that he will be safe, happy, loved, and well cared for in his new home.

Story
Mama Renata - affectionately known as "Renny" - is a female/spayed, adult Cane Corso looking for her very own, loving, forever family. Renny entered our program with her six (6) babies, after winding up at a north Texas animal shelter. Fearful and extremely protective, the shelter had her slated for immimnent euthanasia. Due to a foster mama willing to step up and take the whole family, Renny and her babies were spared. Now three months later, all of Renny's babies are adopted and, well, it's time for her to find a gentle, calm, and kind family, too. Life has not been the kindest to Renata. She can be fearful and unsure at initial meetings, and she is not social with other dogs, at all. Renata is looking for that "unicorn" home - one where she is free to just "be herself" without the pressure of having to socialize with other animals or forced into constant public settings. If you've never loved a mama dog, we can assure you this: they are something special. They love fiercely and deeply; and ask for nothing, aside from a safe space to rest their head. Renny has been in a foster home that adores her and wants nothing more than for her to find the right family, where she can be the only pet and oh, so loved for exactly.who.she.is. Think Renny is the girl for your home? Apply online here: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/6476b07912357a9a4606eddf/69b7683cd913e43ae1066bab
