Agatha was abandoned six years ago and survived alongside homeless camps. After being hit by a car twice, she finally made it into our care, where she has been able to recover. When Agatha first arrived, she had severe skin issues. Now, she proudly sports a shiny black coat and floppy ears to match. She may be a large dog, but she's truly a gentle giant. Agatha walks well on a leash and is happy to quietly stroll around the yard or sit beside you for some affection. She can be a little shy at first, but once she gets to know you, she becomes the most devoted companion. Nothing makes her happier than seeing her favorite people as she'll bounce up and down with excitement to greet them. Agatha would do well in a home with children ages 8 and older, and she does well around cats. Agatha has waited many years for her second chance, and she's done the hard part by healing.
