Meet Vespera! (or as her foster parents affectionately call her — Vessy, Loch Vess Monster, or Vespa !) Vespera is an 8-month-old Carolina Dog / German Shorthaired Pointer mix, weighing about 33 pounds. She’s sweet, spunky, and light on her feet — a graceful little athlete who bounds around with joy and confidence once she warms up. Vess might be a bit shy when she first meets you, but don’t let that fool you, she comes out of her shell quickly and absolutely soaks up attention (especially belly rubs!). She loves to play with her foster brothers and would be thrilled to have a dog sibling in her new home, though she’d also shine as the solo star. We’re not sure how she’d do with cats, but judging by her intense interest in backyard squirrels… probably best in a feline-free home. Fun Facts about Vessy: She loves her crate — it’s her cozy safe space. She’s an aspiring interior designer who enjoys moving shoes around the house (but has never destoyed or nibbled them!). 100% potty trained — not a single accident in her foster home!
