Abi was my childhood companion, she turns 15 years old in August. I now have two children under two, one having allergies, so I sadly have to rehome her. She is very easy going, loving, and good with almost everybody. She would need a home with children understanding boundaries or who are older. I would love her to go somewhere with a yard, or someone who can actively walk her.

If you are looking for a really good boy, you've found me and my name is Dwight! The only thing you could possibly find wrong with me is that someone wasn't nice to me when I was a baby dog so I take a bit of time to warm up. Once I do, I love endlessly! I LOVE other dogs of all sizes and have met dozens in my foster home. (Literally!!) I love toys, wrestling, and cantaloupe! I am the perfect mix of snuggles and play time, a great size, and a good leash-walker, too. I potty outside, kennel on command, and pay no attention to the kitties in my foster home. I've even grown fond of car rides! When my foster humans baby talk to me, I do a whole body wiggle and it's the cutest thing ever. If you think we could be besties for the resties, apply to meet me! PS I love kids as long as they understand patience!

This is Mycroft.  He was found on 2/15/23 in a neighborhood in Spring TX.  He was taken into a local vet clinic to be euthanized because the person that found him could not keep him and could not find anyone to take him.  We saved the poor boy and agreed to foster him and find him his forever home.  Mycroft is about 2 years old and has been neutered on 3/2/23.  He is up to date on all his vaccines and has had 3 months of heartworm, flea and tick prevention medication.  He is going through basic training right now and is eager to learn new commands and always eager to please!  He is a very intelligent dog and learns very quickly.  He currently knows "sit" "stay" "place" "down" and name recognition.  Mycroft is housebroken and crate trained.  He currently is living with a 3 year old male American Bulldog and gets along great with him!  He loves to play tug of war, play chase and wrestle with his bulldog friend.  He is extremely friendly with people and thinks he is a lap dog.  He is extremely loving and craves attention.  I do not have any little children in my home but he has done wonderfully at adoption events with little kids.  He gets along great with my husband and two teenagers.  I have a cat and do not recommend him in a home with cats.  He likes to chase them and not sure what he would do if he caught one.  He does pretty good on walks and we are still training him to be well behaved on his leash.  Car rides are not his favorite but I think he will eventually enjoy them after a few trips to Starbucks for a pup cup:)  Mycroft just wants to be loved and praised. We don't know how long he was by himself as a stray but he has come a long way in just a short amount of time.  He is a Carolina Dog breed and will be the most loyal companion to any loving family!June 8, 2023, 5:00 pm

Hurley is the sweetest medium sized Carolina dog! He is super cuddly and loving and is such a ladies man (I mean seriously this dog likes to flirt)!! Originally a country boy, this kind-hearted, gentle dog has adjusted to college life pretty well and is generally a very go-with-the-flow kind of dog, he even loves to go on car rides and will hop in the car every time someone he knows get in. While he can have big puppy energy sometimes, he also will lay down if the group is calm. He absolutely loves to play and his favorite move right now is his big stomps which he will gladly show you with his sweet little freckled paws. Hurley has the most handsome smile and has this funny personality that everyone just falls in love with. Some of his hobbies include chewing apart toys, chasing after squirrels and cats, and most recently swimming! This boy would make a great addition to any home and he gets along well with small dogs and adults. He needs time to get comfortable with larger dogs and he does not love young children. This boy is super sweet and he still is working on his social skills. Baby has really come a long way in her foster home. She had no trust in humans and now she’s a snuggle bug 💕 She has learned Sit for treats, Lay Down, No, Come, and Go Up for answering the door and going into her kennel. She is doing great working on crate and potty training. Not only is she good with dogs, but she adores her foster dad and mom. She loves car rides, ice, and frozen blueberries.
