Story
Hi, I’m Maui! I came to the shelter when I was very small and very chilly, but the kind humans here warmed me up right away. Once I felt safe, I showed them just how much love this little guy has to give! I’ve got quite the set of lungs and love to meow my little heart out to get your attention—if I want love, you’ll definitely know it. When I first arrived, I had some frostbite, but with proper treatment and lots of care I healed quickly and am doing great now. These days I’m a very playful kitten who spends most of my time running around, chasing toys, and having fun with my friends. Once I’ve worn myself out from all that playing, I’m happy to curl up with my humans and enjoy some cuddles. I’m great with other cats and have lots of fun playing with my friends here at the shelter. I love toys, playtime, and generally having a good time with my feline buddies. I’ve met a few dogs and i do not like them. I’m looking for a loving forever home where I can keep playing, chatting, and sharing all my affection. If you’re searching for a sweet, playful, talkative little companion, I might just be your perfect match. I come neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped—ready to start my new life with you!

Story
Bugs Bunny’s story is one of resilience, love, and a second chance. This sweet girl arrived at the shelter with her babies, and like the wonderful mama she is, she cared for them until they were all ready to find homes of their own. One by one, her kittens were adopted… but Bugs Bunny is still patiently waiting for someone to choose her. Since coming to the shelter, Bugs Bunny has been through quite a journey. She came in with “happy tail,” Despite multiple treatments and vet visits, complications meant her tail ultimately had to be amputated. The good news is she has healed beautifully and is feeling much better now! Her little nub just adds to her charm. Bugs Bunny does get stressed in a kennel environment, which makes shelter life a little tough for her. When you first meet her, she may seem a bit nervous while she takes a moment to figure things out. But once she realizes she’s safe, her true personality shines through. She is incredibly sweet, gentle, and affectionate — the kind of cat who just wants love and a quiet place to feel at home. After everything she’s been through, Bugs Bunny deserves a calm, caring home where she can finally relax and be someone’s beloved companion. If you’re looking for a loving cat with a big heart and an inspiring story, Bugs Bunny might be the perfect addition to your family.

Story
My name is Sequoia, when I first came in, I had severe frostbite and unfortunately lost my ears and tail because of it. But don’t worry — I’m happy, healthy, and still the most beautiful girl, just with a unique look that makes me extra special. I’m a super sweet, affectionate girl with the biggest heart. Being close to my people is my favorite thing in the whole world. Whether it’s curling up beside you on the couch, resting my head in your lap, or snuggling up at bedtime, I’m happiest when I’m cuddled up with someone I love. I’m also a professional nap-taker and take my beauty rest very seriously! Long, cozy naps are one of my specialties, but I always make time between snoozes to soak up attention and remind you how much you mean to me. I’m gentle, loyal, and full of warmth, and I’ll happily return every bit of love you give me. I do okay with other cats, though I can be a little nervous at first and may give a small hiss if they get too close too quickly. With time and patience, I settle in just fine. I’ve also been introduced to dogs and seemed like I’d likely do okay with them too. I come spayed, microchipped, and fully vaccinated, and I’m ready to find my forever family. In return, I promise endless cuddles, sweet companionship, and unconditional love every single day.

Story
Hi there. I’m Curious, a big, handsome black cat with an even bigger heart. When I first arrived, the world felt big and scary. I spent most of my time tucked safely away, watching from my hiding spot. New sounds, new people, new everything… it was a lot for a shy guy like me. Now? I happily soak up attention from my trusted humans. Once I know you, I’m a soft, affectionate shadow who just wants to be near you. I’m a bit unsure around other cats, so I do best with calm, respectful feline friends who understand personal space and won’t rush up too close. I’ve also met a few dogs, and they scare me, so I tend to hiss and growl. Because of that, I’d be happiest in a dog-free home—either as your only cat or possibly with the right laid-back kitty companion. One of my favorite things to do is perch by the window and try to catch the birds that flutter past. It keeps me entertained for hours and lets me enjoy the outside world from the comfort of indoors. The good news? I’m neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated, which means I’m all ready to pack my bags and head home with you.

Story
Hi there, I’m Nyx—a sleek grey beauty with a whole lot of personality packed into a furry little package. I like to think of myself as a spicy girl with a soft center. I’ll happily accept pets and cuddles… on my terms. When I’m done, I’ll let you know—politely (or not, depending on my mood 😼). I’ve been waiting patiently at the shelter for almost a whole year now, watching other kitties find their forever homes. While I may be a little particular, I promise I’m worth the wait. In hopes of finally finding my perfect match, my adoption fee is now 50% off—because everyone here believes I deserve my happy ending. If you’re looking for a cat with a little sass, a little sweetness, and a whole lot of charm, I might just be your perfect match. I’m spayed, microchipped, and fully vaccinated, so I’m ready to head to my forever home. Think you can handle a little attitude with your affection? Let’s talk.

Story
Hi there… I’m PopcornShrimp I may have a silly name, but I promise I’m seriously sweet. I came to the shelter when I was just a tiny little thing — so small I could probably fit in your hands! Not long after, I was introduced to another litter, and just like that… I had siblings. I grew up playing, tumbling, and snuggling with them in foster care until I was big enough to come back to the shelter and get ready for my big debut as an adoptable girl. Now I’m all grown up (well… kitten grown-up!) and ready to find my forever home. I am so cuddly. I love to snuggle close, crawl all over you, and make myself right at home in your lap, on your shoulder, or even tucked under your chin. If you’re sitting down, I’m climbing up. If you’re lying down, I’m curling in. Personal space? Never heard of it. But don’t worry — I’m not just a cuddle bug! I love to play too. I can entertain myself with toys, but I’m also happy to romp around with other cats. Having grown up with siblings, I know how to share, play nice, and have fun. I’m microchipped, vaccinated, and spayed — all ready to pack my little bags and head home with you.
