Story
Meet Batman! When he is not out saving the people of Gotham, this sweet caped crusader is ready to entertain you with his silly antics and loving personality. Batman loves to be the center of attention and would love a family to give him a wonderful forever home! While he doesn`t seem to enjoy his feline friends at the shelter, we think he should do well in a home with children and perhaps a canine companion although we are still learning about who he prefers to spend his time with and will update you as he tells us more about himself.Batman is a young adult neutered male who is up to date on his vaccines, dewormed and microchipped! Don`t miss out on your chance to meet this Dark Knight, he is ready to ring in the New Year with his new family!

*Adoptions are currently by appointment. If you'd like to learn more or you are interested in adopting, please use the "Apply for Adoption" button to complete our adoption survey. This survey helps us learn more about you and answer any questions you may have, it is not a commitment to adopt.* Ezekiel (Zeke) is a brilliant young cat with a big personality and an even bigger love of learning! He’s highly food-motivated, and quickly understands puzzles and new training. Zeke has already mastered several impressive skills including: walking on a harness, "sit", and fist bump/high-five! With his velvety coat, charm, and affectionate nature, Ezekiel has all the makings of a wonderful companion. He would thrive in a home that enjoys interactive play and training to keep his busy brain satisfied. Shelter staff are happy to share tips to help him succeed in his new life, routine, and family! Zeke is a very confident cat, and could be described as dog-like in his personality and mannerisms. We have tested him around calm dogs and believe he may enjoy a friendly pup as a brother or sister! Ezekiel does appear to have some fear of other cats, however - so no cat siblings for him, please! Kids should be old enough to respect Zeke's boundaries (no chasing, pulling tails, etc.) and interested in teaching, learning, and growing with him. If you’re looking for a smart, engaging cat to spoil and build a strong bond with, Ezekiel might be your perfect match. Call C.A.R.E. today and come meet this special boy!

This survey helps us learn more about you and answer any questions you may have, it is not a commitment to adopt.* Greetings kind folks! My name is Poppy and I am a very special cat. My previous owner had to leave me at home while they got medical treatment. I had friends come to feed me and clean my box, but didn't get much socializing. My owner was never able to return to me. I am understandably upset and confused because of these experiences. I am hoping for a nice, quiet, calm, and experienced home where I can take my time adjusting to my new life and family. If you're open to a rewarding project that will fill your home and heart, call C.A.R.E. today and come meet me - Poppy! P.S. I might need to spend time with my new family more than once before feeling ready to go home.

This survey helps us learn more about you and answer any questions you may have, it is not a commitment to adopt.* Hello, my name is Silver. I am a very sweet and very big boy! I love chin scratches and if you hit the right spot, I start to purr and drool. I seem to like kids and don't mind when dogs walk past my cubby. Something special about me is that I am FIV+. FIV is Feline Immunodeficiency Virus. I should live a long and healthy life but need some special care in my new home. FIV+ cats should be kept exclusively indoors, free from unnecessary stress and fed a high-quality diet. Most importantly, any health issues that do arise — be it a dental issue, parasite infestation or common feline infections (like a UTI) should be dealt with as soon as possible by bringing me to the vet. FIV is not transferable to humans or dogs and is very hard to transfer to other cats. If you have room in your heart for a special boy like me, fill our an adoption survey today! Feel free to call C.A.R.E. for more information too.

Story
Hi I’m Maggie! I’m a 1 and a half year-old, spayed female. I was picked up as a stray, and no one came looking for me! I’m looking for a loving home that will keep me safe inside. I love to climb high, so if you have stairs or cabinets, you can be sure you’ll find me at the top of them! I get along with other cats and love affection from people. Can I please go home with you?
