Story
Hi, I actually have 2 cats I would like to keep together. My Dad passed away recently. These were his cats. I rent a distance away and it is a no pet policy. Mulder is the neutered male. About 11. Looks like oriental. A little feisty. His color is black. The other picture. Calli is lovable but tough. Both seem to love attention. I am hoping for an older adult with no kids to take them. They have not had much exposure to children. Would like a vet referral.

Story
Clydes owners recently returned from a couple months in a rehabilitation facility. They are seniors and not in great health or have the best mobility. Clyde is super affectionate and loves attention! Because he wants attention so much, he can get underfoot, which is the primary reason for him being rehomed. The owners are afraid they may trip and fall over him. Clyde came to them a year ago after his original owner passed away. He is fully declawed. He is most likely due for vaccinations, but he has always been an inside only cat. He is a happy boy who just wants love and affection. He does ok with other cats but is scared of dogs and would prefer a dog free home. He most likely has not been around small children, but because he is such a lover boy, he would most likely be good with older kids and love the attention they could give him. He is not a picky eater and actually could lose a few pounds. Because he is declawed, he should not be allowed outside.

Story
Baby belonged to a client of mine who, due to health issues, can no longer take care of his cat. Baby is currently in a foster home and being well cared for. Baby is 6 1/2 years old. She is very sweet, has no problems being pet anywhere including her belly. She settles into new environments very quickly. She does have a sassy streak, but she isn't a mean cat at all, she just knows what she wants and what she doesn't. She had a kitty brother for all of her life, so she does get along with other cats, but like most adult cats, she isn't super excited to meet new cats, but with proper introduction, she would probably be ok with them. She is not used to dogs or children. Baby would do best in a calm environment with no little kids or dogs unless the dogs are really chill and tend to ignore cats. If someone is looking for a sweet kitty, who may not sit on your lap but will sit with you for cuddles and pets, this is your girl.

Story
Lizzie is a semi feral six-year-old, small grey cat who belongs in a barn. She hides all day under our bed and will really only come out to eat. She only lets one member of the family pet her. I have two small children who cannot approach her as she just hisses and gets very defensive. She provided company for our older cat who has recently passed. She is very sweet to that one person when she wants to be. She would make a perfect outdoor/barn cat but I just dont have the time to work on that with her. She is insanely athletic and definitely has a hunter instinct.

Story
Discoball | Glow-Up King with a Gentle Soul APPLY HERE: https://linktr.ee/savinglivy   Discoball is one of those cats who makes you stop and stare because he is genuinely gorgeous — a light grey tabby with bright white socks and a glow-up story worthy of his name. His journey began in heartbreak — found being given away for free while trapped in a metal cage at an RV parts lot. He was scared, lethargic, flea-ridden, and battling a heavy parasite load. We don’t know how long he sat in that trap… but we do know this: he survived, even when humans failed him. Once safe in rescue, Discoball received fluids, warmth, treatment, food, and a soft place to rest. With round-the-clock care and gentle hands, he slowly began to trust again — blinking softly, leaning into pets, and letting himself feel love for the first time. Now 10 months old, Discoball is our second longest resident, and somehow he has been completely overlooked. No big rush of applications. No “I need him” messages. Just months of waiting… and it honestly breaks our hearts, because he has come SO far and deserves to be chosen. He’s a little skittish at first and may flinch with fast movements, but once he realizes he’s safe, he blossoms into the sweetest, most tender companion. He plays, purrs, and snuggles with his whole heart — he just needs someone patient enough to let him settle in. Discoball would do incredibly well if adopted with Galaxy (our longest resident). They would be the most beautiful “second chance” duo — two overlooked souls finally getting the love they’ve waited for.   → 10 months old → Male → Light grey tabby with white → Shy at first; deeply sweet, gentle & trusting → Great with cats, dogs & kids → Fully vetted   Discoball is living proof that love heals and trust returns. He’s ready for a purrmanent home where he’ll finally feel cherished, protected, and chosen. ##2403387##

Story
Mary | The Spooky Sweetheart APPLY HERE: https://linktr.ee/savinglivy   Mary was rescued the day before Halloween last year — just a tiny black-and-white kitten found during a TNR sweep with her brother, Thackery Binx. Since then, she’s grown up in foster care surrounded by love, safety, and lots of other kittens… all of whom somehow seem to get adopted before her. Now a confident 1-year-old, Mary is playful, spirited, and full of personality. She’s the perfect mix of sass and sweetness — zoomies one minute, snuggles the next. She’ll chirp for attention like she has something important to say, flop dramatically for belly rubs, and keep you laughing daily with her little antics. Mary has that “main character energy” but with a soft heart underneath it. She loves being part of the action, being near her people, and making sure you never forget she exists (because why would you want to?). And here’s the part that tugs at us… Mary has grown up in rescue. She’s watched kitten after kitten come and go, while she stays behind — not because she isn’t amazing, but because sometimes the best cats are the ones people overlook for no good reason. Mary doesn’t need to be the tiniest kitten in the room to be chosen. She just needs someone who wants a real companion — a funny, affectionate little bestie who will fill your home with life, love, and a little bit of chaos.   → 1 year old → Female → Black & white → Playful, spunky & affectionate → Great with cats, dogs & kids → Fully vetted   Mary has grown up in rescue… but she deserves to grow old in her very own furever, purrmanent home. Could that be with you? ##2247258##
