Story
James and Kobe are sweet boys. They love to snuggle up together at night and truly look for each other wherever they go. The two of them were bottle fed by me after their mom was hit by a car. They are approximately 5 years old, and in that time they have brought a lot of light to my life. They love to sleep in the bed or on the back of the couch, and they certainly love to sleep and be with one another. They love to play with toys and lay with you in bed. The only reason I am rehoming them is because of a recent housing issue and cancer health concern which does not give me the ample opportunity to care for them the way they need to be cared for. I absolutely adore them, but I feel that this is the most fair. I just want them to be loved and live out their years with someone who loves cats. If in the future, you are no longer able to care for them, I would without a doubt, take them back. They are such wonderful cats and I hate having to do this, but I believe it is better for them.

Story
Noah is truly a sweet boy. Noah was diagnosed with IBS back in 2021 and was saved from being euthanized. Noah would benefit from being the only cat in the home. He LOVES attention and will sleep and cuddle right on your chest. Due to the other cats in the home, Noah is having a hard time adjusting with using the bathroom (he needs his own litter box that needs to be clean). Up to this point, we have managed quite fine, he has been an amazing boy- however, things are very difficult with my most recent cancer diagnosis and now moving placement. Rehoming Noah is the last thing that I want to do, however, I would love for him to go to a home that might be cat free and that can give him the space he needs. He loves to play, chase balls, and cuddle with you at night. He has been in a home with dogs, other cats, and people & never backs down. If a time ever came where Noah no longer fit your family, I would take him back if I am able (as I do not want him to go back to the shelter).

Squeakers | The Energetic Little Cuddlebug APPLY HERE: https://linktr.ee/savinglivy   Squeakers has two speeds: GO GO GO... and lap. This gorgeous long-haired dilute tortoiseshell girl has energy to spare and absolutely loves to play. Give her another kitten, some toys, and room to zoom, and Squeakers will happily entertain herself for hours. Because she is such a social, energetic girl, Squeakers would do best in a home with another playful kitten. Even better? She already has three sisters to choose from! She shares an especially sweet bond with Bean, and the two love cuddling together when the excitement finally dies down. And once Squeakers tires herself out, she becomes an absolute cuddlebug. She loves climbing into a lap, settling in, and soaking up all the affection she can get. She also has a little competition in the attention department: Squeakers and Cloudy have been known to practically fight over who gets to love on their humans first. Apparently sharing sisters is fine. Sharing humans? Negotiable.   → 12 weeks old → Female → Long-haired dilute tortoiseshell → Energetic, playful & very cuddly → Loves laps and snuggling with Bean → Best with another playful kitten → Great with cats, dogs & kids → Fully vetted   Squeakers is looking for a furever home with plenty of playtime, plenty of cuddles, and preferably a kitty friend who can keep up with her. ##2745440##

Story
Oli Eye | The Last One Waiting APPLY HERE: https://linktr.ee/savinglivy   Oli Eye has been waiting at Pure Joy Cat Café for a while now, watching other cats come in, get noticed, and go home. Meanwhile, his siblings have all been adopted. Even his mama found her furever home. And somehow, at 4 months old, Oli Eye is still waiting. It is especially hard to understand because this little guy is such a joy. Oli is the kind of kitten who believes every cat he meets should immediately become his best friend. He is playful, social, confident, and always ready to be part of whatever is happening around him. If there is another kitten nearby, chances are Oli is already chasing their tail, starting a wrestling match, or trying to convince them to join his latest adventure. He absolutely thrives around other cats and would love a home where he has a feline friend to play with. And if treats are involved? Even better. Oli is extremely food motivated and would probably solve world peace for a snack. Despite all that playful energy, he is also incredibly affectionate and people-oriented. He loves attention, enjoys being around humans, and has the kind of happy-go-lucky personality that makes everyone around him smile. That is what makes it so heartbreaking to see him still waiting. Currently at Pure Joy Cat Café! Come meet Oli Eye in person, spend some time with him, and see why we cannot understand how this sweet boy is still here. There is nothing wrong with Oli Eye. He is not “less adoptable.” He simply has not met the purrfect person yet.   → 4 months old → Male → Short-haired black & white → Social, playful & affectionate → Extremely food motivated → Loves other cats and making new friends → Great with cats, dogs & kids → Fully vetted   Oli Eye has watched his whole family find their Livy Ever After. Now it is finally his turn to be chosen, loved, and carried out of the café on his way to a furever home of his own. ##2713927##

Story
Discoball | The Overlooked Glow-Up King APPLY HERE: https://linktr.ee/savinglivy   Discoball is one of those cats who makes you stop and stare — a stunning light grey tabby with bright white socks and a glow-up story that feels almost unreal. His story didn’t start that way, though. He was found being given away for free, sitting in a metal cage at an RV parts lot — scared, lethargic, flea-covered, and battling a heavy parasite load. We don’t know how long he was there… but we do know he held on. Once he came into rescue, everything changed. Fluids, warmth, good food, soft blankets — and most importantly, kindness. Slowly, he began to come back to life. The scared little boy who flinched at movement started blinking softly, leaning into pets, and allowing himself to trust again. Now, at 1 year old, Discoball is our longest resident… and somehow, he’s still waiting. No flood of applications. No “I need him” messages. Just quiet days turning into weeks… and weeks into months. While other cats come and go, he stays — watching, waiting, hoping his turn is coming. And the truth is… the overlooked ones feel that. He can be a little shy at first and may startle with quick movements, but give him a little time and you’ll see it — the softness, the sweetness, the way he melts into affection once he knows he’s safe. He plays, he purrs, he loves deeply… he just needs someone patient enough to let him get there. Discoball doesn’t need to be the boldest cat in the room — he just needs to be someone’s cat.   → 1 year old → Male → Light grey tabby with white → Shy at first; incredibly sweet, gentle & loving → Great with cats, dogs & kids → Fully vetted   Discoball has already done the hard part — he survived. Now he’s just waiting for the part where someone finally chooses him and shows him what it means to be truly loved. His furever, purrmanent home is out there… it just hasn’t found him yet. ##2403387##

Story
Pippin | The Mama Who Loved Everyone APPLY HERE: https://linktr.ee/savinglivy   Mama Pippin is one of those cats who makes friends wherever she goes. From the moment she arrived in rescue, she was friendly, trusting, and ready to be part of the family. While some cats take weeks to adjust, Pippin settled right in. Once she started mingling with the resident cats, she fit seamlessly into the group as though she'd always belonged there. Mama Pippin has already raised six beautiful babies and done an incredible job caring for them. She devoted herself completely to her kittens, making sure they were safe, healthy, and loved. Now that her little ones are growing up and preparing for their own furever homes, it's finally Pippin's turn to be spoiled. This beautiful light grey tabby is sweet, affectionate, and easygoing. She enjoys spending time with her people, gets along wonderfully with other cats, and has done well with small dogs. She also has one very important requirement in life: snacks. Pippin absolutely loves wet food and treats and isn't picky in the slightest. She has the kind of personality that fits effortlessly into a home. Whether she's lounging nearby, asking for a snack, or enjoying time with her family, Pippin simply makes life sweeter.   → 1 year old → Female → Light grey tabby → Sweet, affectionate & easygoing → Incredible mama to six kittens → Loves wet food & treats → Great with cats, dogs & kids → Fully vetted   Pippin has spent the last several months putting her babies first. Now it's finally her turn to be the baby of the family and enjoy the safe, loving home she deserves. ##2724103##
