Good with cats,
Story
I have a neighbor white female cat that has taken up residency here at our house. We provided a house outside and feed her. She has had a litter of kittens (4). They are 2 wks old. Healthy. They live in her house with her in our back yard. I have 13 cats that we have rescued over the years. We have them all spayed/neutered. Therye are all aged now. We are disabled seniors and cannot start over. We are going to get the female fixed as in a couple of wks and let her live outside. We cannot keep the kittens. They need a home. I have checked withour local cat rescue. They just rescued 80 cats recently and cannot even offer a waiting list. These are cute and healthy looking (as is their mother). Please help!

Story
Hi, my name is Freckles and I'm about 4 1/2 years old.  I was a stray and rescued by a BCHS volunteer, and brought to Bond County Humane Society to find a loving permanent home. I am playful and like to chase bouncy balls. I like to get to know you before I want to be petted.  Of course, this is all on my terms.  I determine when and how long you can pet me.  I love to explore and look in all the nooks and crannies around the shelter. I am considered Special Needs for a couple reasons.  First, I tested positive for FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus).  FIV is comparable to AIDS in people. It is transmitted to other cats by scratching or biting. There is not a vaccine available to provide immunity to other cats so I need to be the only cat in the household or live with other FIV positive cats. I can have a normal life expectancy of a cat. The most important things for me are a low stress environment, good quality food and regular veterinarian care.  Second, I was also diagnosed with IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease) which requires me to have a special diet.  It is extremely important for me to stay healthy.  I get along well with the other cats who have been in the FIV room at the shelter.  I am available for immediate adoption.  I am spayed, UTD on vaccinations, tested for FeLV/FIV, treated for internal and external parasites and micro chipped.  My adoption fee has been waived.  If you are interested in making me a member of your family please complete an Adoption Profile in person or on-line at www.bondcohumane.org .  Email the completed profile to the address provided.  A copy of our policy regarding warranties, refunds and returns is available upon request. Story
Hi, my name is Frida  and I'm about 5 months old.  My siblings and I were born at a lady's house, but she had too many cats to keep us. We were surrendered to Bond County Humane Society so we can find loving furever homes. I am a beautiful black, white, and tan tabby kitten. I am ready to play with any toy you have! I love to play with my siblings and the other kittens. I am a little shy at first, but then I will come out to be picked up and snuggled, and I will purr for you. Currently I am living in a foster home to get some new experiences. I am available for immediate adoption. I am spayed, UTD on vaccinations, tested for FeLV/FIV, treated for internal and external parasites and micro chipped.  My adoption fee is $150. If you are interested in making me a member of your family please complete an Adoption Profile in person or on-line at  www.bondcohumane.org .  Email the completed profile to the address provided.  A copy of our policy regarding warranties, refunds and returns is available upon request.
