Story
Steele is a handsome silver tabby, one of five kittens that were dumped by a human at a rural Louisiana horse farm. Luckily, he and his litter mates were taken into secure barn housing, away from outdoor predators. Shy and unaccustomed to humans at first, the litter was handled daily by barn workers and all 5 kittens became socialized with regular handling and care. A horse trainer at the farm saw to it that all of the kittens received proper veterinary care and ear tips in the event hey didn’t find their furrever homes. But we know they are destined to find happy families after a rough start at life. NOTE: Steele and Silver Bean are brothers, and, if adopted together, they have a reduced/combined adoption fee of $150.

Marcus is sugary sweet, just like his twin litter mate, Macker. More affectionate kitties you will not find. Playful, gentle, affectionate, and great sleep/nap mates! NOTE: Marcus, Maker, Marvis and Miles are littermates and any pair of them would make great pets. A reduced adoption fee of $75 would apply when adopting 2 from the same litter.

Story
12/10 on the SWEETNESS scale, Tigger is one of the most affectionate kitties in the universe. He'll follow you around like a dog and eagerly sleep/nap with his human. Warning: Tigger is a bit of a counter surfer. In foster care, we worked to break this habit, but he just can't help himself (he wants so badly to be a part of EVERYthing you do). NOTE: Weezer is his brother, also incredibly sweet. $20 adoption fee discount applies for a pair of Littermates ($150).

Story
Poppy is bonded to his brother, Gus. They grew up together in a home, but were surrendered to SBR when their young caregiver could no longer provide them good care. In foster care, Poppy and Gus cling together while living among other cats. They sleep together in small spaces. We believe they would be best kept together for the rest of their lives. Actually, Poppy would probably be OK without Gus, but we believe Gus really needs Poppy. Poppy is more social and friendly than handsome and timid Gus, but both are sweet and gentle. Young children are okay with supervision and space for Poppy and Poppy to hide when life gets overly busy and/or noisy. ADOPTION FEE: $150 ($75 per cat)
