Arya is roughly 2 years old. Im keeping her for my sister while we try to rehome. She is an extremely loving and playful cat. Though timid at first, if you have patience with her, she will open up and prove to be an amazing companion. She has a habit of suckling on blankets when happy. She lived with a dog for about a year and they were very good friends, though she's never been around a child. She's very nice with other cats. She's quite vocal, especially about food. Though she doesn't often give the typical meow she will sing out with lots of squeaks and chirps, still sounding like a kitten. Very playful and needy when it comes to attention. She'll always invite herself right into your lap and shove her face into your hand relentlessly when in a loving mood.

Story

I found Arlo on the streets in late 2021, when he was about a year old. He was covered in powdered charcoal and fleas. He was very sweet and just hopped into my car. He is on a special diet due to past UTI issues and has since been an inside cat only. Since then, he has developed some aggressively playful behaviors. He will rub up on your legs, but once you lean down to pet him, he scratches you. He is not a feral/mean cat by any means, he just gets overstimulated very easily. Since the day I brought him home, he has been doing this. He has also been known to nip at hands and ankles. This has been a very difficult decision to make, but since my mom was recently diagnosed with cancer, it is very important that she not get nipped or scratched by Arlo. He is a good cat that just needs the right home. I am gone majority of the time, so I think he's rather lonely. He does very well with dogs, but he has never been around other cats since I've had him.

Bonded pair of brothers, we found them in a trash can on 2-22-26. they are the sweetest, most loving cats we have ever met. Loves people and our pitbull Loki. We just feel a family with kids would be best suited or someone that could give them more attention. We assume they are not vaccinated given they are babies and were strays. Seem completely healthy, has had vet checks up, no presenting health issues. Update as of March 7, they have had there first vaccination and will be neutered on March 16th. Vet estimated them to be 8-9 months old.

Fran is a 4-year-old bob-tail calico. By bob-tail, we mean she does not have anything where a tail should be. Because of that, she is on a prescription diet of Purina EN and sometimes needs medication for her bottom. Fran’s Wishlist consists of Purina EN, a cat bed, pine litter, bowls, a turbo cat starcher, and an assortment of toys. Franziska is four years old. The first thing you will notice about her is her lack of a tail. Franziska’s hidden talent is being the loudest in the room. Volunteers have raved about her ability to control the room. Regarding other pets, she gives roommates a chance if they are low-key and respectful. If Fran were on a dating app, her pickup line would be, “Well, here I am! What are your other two wishes?” We can tell you Fran has shown herself to be top-notch in hunting toys. Give her a stuffed toy, and she will kick it like Chuck Norris.

Moglie’s Wishlist consists of Royal Canin SO Calm, cosequin, a cat tent, a cat starching post, and an interactive treat ball. Hello, I’m Moglie. My favorite things are giving hugs and stealing food. But you better have a fish tank for me to watch. Thanks. If I were on a dating app, my pickup line would be, “Can I borrow a cuddle? Kareem is quite shy, but boy does this guy have character. He keeps to himself, usually hiding in one of the Cat House cabinets with his cat friends. He is very afraid of new people, but will be curious with familiar faces. He may not want much physical affection, but Kareem loves treats and will come running for a squeeze snack! The best kind of home for Kareem: Kareem’s future family should be willing to show extreme patience with him. In the right environment, he may come out of his shell. But for the most part, he is not a fan of new people or things.
