Story
Meet Tennessee. Tennessee was reported to us after neighbors noticed him wandering through the coldest days of winter, just drifting from yard to yard. Everyone made sure he had food, but no one claimed him. No one had vetted him. No one brought him inside. By the time we got him, his gorgeous long, soft fur was heavily matted — the kind of matting that only happens when a cat has been outside trying to survive for far too long. Underneath all of that was the sweetest, calmest soul. Tennessee is what we call a gentle giant. He’s a big boy, but everything about him is soft — his fur, his eyes, his personality. He has the most pitiful little meow, and he truly sounds like he’s trying to have a full conversation with you. You talk, he answers. You pause, he responds again. It’s impossible not to smile. He’s not demanding. He’s not wild. He just wants to be near you. After everything he went through, he still chooses trust. We knew the moment we met him that he would absolutely flourish once he had stability, warmth, and someone who was finally his. And he has done just that. Whoever becomes Tennessee’s forever family is going to fall completely in love with this sweet, steady, conversational boy. He’s ready to be someone’s heart cat.

Story
Ooty got her name from Ooty Orange 🧡 Chocolates because of her beautiful calico coloring — all those warm orange patches mixed with dark swirls and soft white. She really is as pretty as a little box of fancy chocolates. This baby was abandoned on The Kitty Trail in Piqua, Ohio. She was so scared and trying to survive on her own when someone heard her crying up in a tree during the frigid winter temperatures. She was stuck there for two days before volunteers were finally able to get her down. Ooty was already skin and bones from being out there alone. She hadn’t been able to fend for herself, and it showed. She was just a tiny thing trying to figure out a world that had suddenly left her behind. Even after everything she went through, Ooty is nothing but sweet. She absolutely melts when you brush her. She’ll settle right into your lap, start purring almost immediately, and fall asleep like that’s exactly where she’s always belonged. She’s still just a baby at 5 months old and very much acts like one — playful, curious, and so ready to be loved. Ooty has already been through more than she should have at her age. Now she just needs a home where she’ll never be cold, hungry, or alone again.

Zinna is very social and people oriented, so if you are looking for a snuggler and someone to chat with, then Zinna is your gal! Her hobbies include snuggling, playing and snacking! Zinna is also very playful and LOVES to play with her toys, if you are busy she doesn`t mind entertaining herself by throwing her toys and retrieving them! Zinna is FIV+ which means feline immunodeficiency virus. FIV typically causes a weakening of the cats immune system. FIV- positive cats can live normal lives, both in quality and duration. they just need to be monitored for infections and dental issues.
