Dislikes: loud unexpected noises, being approached too quickly, being picked up, strangers. What would be the ideal home? Quiet and calm home that will give her lots of time to adjust to her surroundings at her own pace. Will likely take a while to warm up in a new environment and still require some socialization. Would benefit from another cat in the home for confidence. Good with other cats? Yes, very interested in making friends with and being around fosters cat. Good with dogs? – Unknown. Good with children? Probably with calm older children willing to give her time and space to adjust to her new surroundings.Personality: Calm, sweet, shy, playful and curious. How long will it take to settle into a new environment? Approx. 6-8 weeks. Maybe less if she has a confident cat friend.Any special needs or traits an adopter should know? Is a picky eater and more of a snacker. Prefers her wet and dry food given in separate bowls. Seems to prefer dry food over wet food. Will hide during daytime most of the time but comes out and explores around mealtimes and when quieter at night/early morning. Would do best starting out in a small space.
