Story
Meet Topaz, a gorgeous 18-month-old female Bengal cross with beautiful markings. Topaz spent a great deal of time outdoors before being rescued and moving into her foster home. She is still interested in going outside, so needs to have a close eye kept on her so she doesn’t escape! A petite girl, Topaz is calm, independent, confident and curious. She follows her foster mom around and doesn’t mind being picked up and held. She is affectionate, clever, energetic and loves to play with catnip toys. Topaz likes to look out the windows and enjoys cat videos and games on TV. She is social and interacts well with new people. She’s also fine left on her own when her humans go out, but they have learned to “cat proof” their home so Topaz does not get into plants, cables and cords. She will be spayed prior to adoption. Topaz has a good appetite and enjoys mealtime. She may also try to steal some human food, if given a chance. She grooms herself well and always uses her litter box. Topaz is the only pet in her foster home. She did interact well with other cats when she lived outside. There are no children in her foster home. A note from Topaz’s foster mom: “Topaz is a cute and gentle cat who, given her background, has adapted extremely well to being inside. She is a trusting and easy going cat who would suit a first-time pet owner. She would enjoy a home with people who will spend a lot of time playing with her so she doesn’t get bored.” Topaz loves to play and would do well in a home where she receives lots of attention…. she may also benefit from the company of another respectful cat.

Story
DOB: November 3, 2022 Meet Merle, a handsome Bengal mix with a curious mind and a playful, social personality. He is the kind of cat who wants to be involved in everything and quickly becomes part of the family. Merle is endlessly fascinated by water and can happily sit and watch the tub or sink for ages, completely absorbed. His curiosity and playful nature make him a joy to have around, and he brings a lot of life and fun into the home. His foster family absolutely loved taking care of Merle. He settled in quickly, bonded deeply, and truly captured their hearts. Saying goodbye will be very hard, but they know his forever family is out there and will be just as smitten with him as they are. If you are looking for a social, playful, and engaging companion with a big personality, Merle would make a wonderful addition to your home.

Not good with dogs, Not good with cats,
Story
This is Sterling. Do you see that twinkle in her eyes? It’s a fun mix of playful, chatty and mischievous energy all in a small exotic cat package! Sterling is a 2-year-old girl who may be a Bengal or a Bengal mix. Her striking good looks may have you see past all the fun she enjoys around the home! This girl LOVES water play. Her foster family shares that if you leave a toilet seat up, Sterling will be in there to play with the toilet bowl water. If that’s not available, this athletic girl also knows to find water in the sink! Sterling is very social and likes to follow her people around the home chatting about her plans for the day. Sterling has an adventurous side and craves exciting new ways to explore the world around her and every part of the home. Sterling will need a home and family who know how to handle her liveliness and energy. Sterling lives in foster care with other cats and a cat-savvy dog, and seems to get along with them. She loves to groom the younger kittens! If you know about Bengal cats, you know they are a unique cat breed that will need a special home. An experienced home that will provide her with mental and physical stimulation to keep her high energy from getting too pent up and know how to read her behavioural signs. Sterling found herself with Home at Last Rescue when she was found abandoned at a garbage dump, pregnant. She was a great mom to her babies, but now it’s time for her to find her forever home at last. This charming girl is ready to inspire you to play, get moving, and share in some lively fun. If you enjoy the company of a curious and clever cat, Sterling might be the perfect companion for you. As we often receive numerous applications for each cat or kitten, we will only contact applicants who best suit the needs of the cat or kitten. For example, if it is stipulated that the cat needs another cat buddy at home and you do not have one, you may not receive a response. Finding the best home for our cat or kitten is our top priority. Applications are not first-come, first-served.

Story
Tiny is a silver Bengal and she`s got the personality to prove it! Tiny is one of our hard to place pets due to her more self-centered personality. She enjoys being the center of attention, she loves cuddles and head scratches! If she sees an arm or hand moving (even in the middle of the night), it becomes her toy so owner should be aware that she should sleep in her own room until they get to know her. She`s not fond of other animals and gets quite upset if she sees one, so a home where she`s she only furry friend would be preferable to her! Her complete medical includes spay, rabies, core vaccines, microchip, flea treatment, dewormer, and FIV/Felv test (negative). We have lowered her adoption fee to $50 so we may find her Furever Home 4 the Holidays!
