As a tiny kitten she showed up in the backyard. She still needed to be bottled fed. We had never had a cat but because she was so little I kept her. She is still not even a year old but she has become really hard to handle. She jumps at us, bites us, scratches us. Not sure what to do to help her. I was told this is happening because she was not with her mom for at least the first two months of her life. At this point I feel helpless because I don’t know how to modify her behavior and I can’t help her. I hope there is someone out there that is willing to take her and knows how to help her. I don’t want to be irresponsible and just let her go. I want to find a good home for her. If you can help her please do!!!

We picked up Raisin outside of our old duplex after he was abandoned outside by our neighbor. We have had him for over 3 years. He was less than a year old when we took him in. We got him neutered and treated and is up to date on his shots. We have a dog that has been with us all along and they do great together. We just welcomed a newborn into our home and Raisin isn’t working out well with having a baby in the house. And he does not like being limited from certain areas of the house.

Though she’s paralyzed in her hind limbs and needs help with bathroom expressions twice daily, Guera never lets that slow her social life down. She’s a total people-person who will happily follow anyone around the cat room just to be near them. Sweet, affectionate, and full of love, Guera is looking for a home ready to give a little extra care and receive a whole lot of loving in return.
